I have the craziest symptoms going on now. For the past month or 2 I have been waking up in the middle of the night usually between 2-5AM and I start to wheeze about 15 minutes later. ve had a super pregnancy, had no physical discomfort other than heartburn in the last trimester (that only lasted until the baby dropped). However, for the past week and a half I've had horrible constipation, felt like I had to go but couldn't for days at a time. I have been having what feels like muscle spasms at the top of my stomach just below the sternum. It seem to occur after i eat something - but in some cases it continues overnight. It is like the spasm you sometimes get in the eylid when tired, only it's right at the base of sternum. Not painful, but distracting. Should I be concerned? What are possible explanations... is it something I should make dr. appt for which will take a couple months, or is there a more immediate need?

Mmm, it's about even but a little worse on the right side. I have no clue what HELPP syndrome is and I haven't had any other preeclampsia symptoms.

I had my regular period the last week of March and 11 days later, I got it again.
