Boost is great. It's probably the Ativan and Seroquel that helped with the RLS. It could also just be you are getting better. YIPPPPEEEE Congrat's on day 5 !

Just told me to exercise, and eat better. Gave me Abilify instead of that Seroquel and told me to come back in two weeks.

I agree with remar completely. And like I said, too, so many of the symptoms that you thought were attributed to the anxiety were really caused by the CM. Just feeling those sensations is enough to cause you anxiety...it's basically conditioning. That's why I'm wondering if some of that will resolve on its own. If you won't be experiencing those symtpoms after the repair, then you'll likely be much less anxious.

ve been taking Lexapro at a dose of 40mg and also Ativan PRN for the last 5 months. Before that, I was misdiagnosed with Bipolar disorder and was being treated with 800mg of Seroquel XR daily, 4mg of Klonopin, and 150 of Effexor XR both daily as well. I went through Hell going cold turkey off the Seroquel, while weening from Effexor. I traded the Klonopin off for Ativan and weened it down from 2mg daily to now taking it as needed (generally .5 daily or every other day.

Lately I have been taking a .5 mg tab of Ativan every morning and this is enough to help me get things under control and function for the day. My question is this: is this low dose of Ativan still addictive? Or does it have enough time to clear the body?

Im currently on Ativan, Pristiq 100mg, and Seroquel XR 150mg. My dad got me a bottle of GABA to try. Is it ok to try this while im taking the other medications?

I think you are right to be careful re chronic doses of ativan, and yes, people do get hooked on this and have a hard time getting off of it. But not all people have that problem, there is a huge number who stay on this kind of medication, never going to higher doses, and never having to get off of it. On the other hand, the safest course is a course of investigative psychotherapy, getting to the sources, and learning how to control the experience in an entirely new and safe way.

I was not able to sleep and I relapsed. Went to the hospital and got ambien and they gave me one ativan. I am back in treatment and I have not been sleeping and just have been feeling overall off balance. They put me on 100 mg of seroquel. The seroquel is making me feel kind of weird. I am sleeping maybe every 3 nights, but the nights I do not sleep and take the seroquel; I feel really weird and think it is making me go crazy. I do not know if I should decrease the seroquel?

Anyhow, onto my question... In addition to depression, I struggle with anxiety and take 1 mg Ativan as needed, up to 3x/day. The Ativan helps with the anxiety but I've noticed if I have to take it for a few days in a row it really seems to affect my mood, in that I often feel even more depressed than I did before taking it.

I had anxiety before going to bed so I took ativan. I also took my seroquel and trazodone. Will I be ok?

I was on 100mg of zoloft and 100mg of seroquel for major depression and bipoloar disorder. After only a week on this medication I began to feel extremely weird (which i figured would happen). One night I got a massive ringing in my right ear which made me almost feel like my entire right side was paralized or I was going to have a stroke but it went away. The next day I started to feel extremely dizzy and my heart began to race and I thought I was going to pass out.

hi i take seroquel xr and normal seroquel for bipolar disorder. the seroquel xr is a slow release tablet so it works over the night and the day. so i take the seroquel xr 450mg at about 7.30pm then at about 9.30pm i take the normal seroquel 250mg. it helps with sleep too.

And then possibly a benzo as a PRN. But, I have Ativan and Xanax XR in the cupboard and I have taken one of the Xanax and two Ativan over the space of 6 months; all while I was still taking the Celexa.

all i had was some ativan and seroquel to detox with (from alcohol, benzos and opiates), the ativan went quick (gone the second day) and i ended up taking massive amounts of seroquel to combat the shakes, hallucinations and insomnia. i made it through seven days of pure hell and decided to get out of the house. remember this was 7 days without booze and pills. i drove about 10 miles at highway speeds and soon after exiting onto residential streets i had a seizure as i was driving.

Im currently taking 25 mg of zoloft, 1mg of ativan as needed, mostly for panic attacks, 1 25 mg hydrochlorothiazide a day for blood pressure, and now they want me to use 1 25 mg tab of seroquel at bedtime. Im only 23 and hate to think i need all of these meds, but when im not doing what the docs say i do feel worst. Im gonna try one pill tonite and decide if i need it i guess? Any Suggestions.

I have now been on Seroquel for ten years and frankly am tired of the way I feel. I have gained weight, I snore now, to where I cant even sleep in the same room with my boyfriend and I now have what feels like restless leg syndrome at night in my legs? What is the best way to slowly wean myself off of the stuff? I have been taken off of it before and I didnt sleep for six months and my anxiety went through the roof. Can you help me?

ve been waking up almost every morning for the last 3 weeks completely nauseous and shaky. I can barely walk. I went on Zoloft, Seroquel and Remeron back in January. I started feeling much better so I stopped taking the Zoloft and Seroquel about 2 months ago. Now I am going through the same nightmare.

It took me forever to find a group I was comfortabale with, and they have me on a new daily regime of Seroquel, Ativan and Neurontin. The mix seems to be working because I haven't had a true meltdown panic attack in 2 weeks, which is HUGE for me. When I do have one, I get lightheaded, shaky, nauseous, dizzy, sweaty, and my heart races like I just ran a marathon. They tend to last anywhere from 15 minuets to over an hour.

I was prescribed Lorazepam for anxiety last Dec.-June. (2 mg a day for 4 of 6 mo.) I became addicted & could not taper off it myself so went to a detox center. They gave me phenobarbital since I reacted to the other benzos, plus Seroquel, Vistaril, & Trazadone. The detox was for 10 days and it was almost 3 months ago. I have been experiencing muscle twitching the past few weeks all over my body & some eye blinking.

The meds your taking will cause you to feel tired. Are you taking the Seroquel at night or in the morning? I've heard it's best to take it at night because it can be very sedating. Toporal will keep your heart rate and blood pressure down, which I'm sure you already know. What dose of Seroquel are you taking?

There are a lot of drugs listed, but a common kind people use to help them fall asleep are the antianxiety drugs like Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin. Could they be added? And/or just an Other, because some people take medications like the antipsychotic Seroquel for inducing sleep when a person has a mood disorder.

so ive been on seroquel for only like a week now. 25 mg and my ob doc called today and said she does not want me on this med. Im so confused. her reasoning makes sense though. having been my ob and family practitioner for 2 years she knows that normally durring my pregnancy i am very level and have never shown any signs of hypomania. So her thoughts are that i should be re evaluated after my pregnancy.

i had a a ct, mri and spinal tap. the hospital took me off prestic, seroquel and lithium and the neurologist put me on lamital for both seizures and depression. also, i am taking invega and ativan for anxiety. the reason for my seizures is because of medicine. i lost my memory, use a cane and bit my tongue badly. caution: beware of anti-depressents--they can lower your seizure threshold. thank god i am getting better.
