Avatar n tn I have a 6 year old that has now been vomiting in his sleep in November last year. At first if was for 2 nights in a row when we were on holidays. Always at 3 am in the morning. We suspected stress from being away from home and being and on the move a lot during the day visiting family and friends. Being from a remote town and travelling to a city we had eaten a fair amount of junk food like pizza and fish and chips when we first got into town.
284087 tn?1268278723 I am in the same boat. My 2 year olds asthma seems to get worse all the time. He's had pneumonia 4 times and rsv once. He's had multiple rounds of antibiotics also for sinus infections. We've tried Claritan, Zyrtec, Nasonex, and now Singulair. The singular was working. We actually had 3 days w/o having to use albuterol at all (down from every 4 hours which is the max. dose for him). But, now it is flaring back up again.
Avatar n tn old boy/girl twins. I think what helps us is that I let the two yr olds be involved in the care of the babies. They get me diapers, put the bottles on the counter when the babies are done eating, get me pacifiers and blankets. I also try not to alienate them while I'm feeding the babies. If they want to get up a sit next to me that's fine or if my feet are up on the ottaman my son likes to crawl under and over my legs. Praise is a big thing.

Avatar n tn I have an almost 2 1/2 year old son who began complaining of back pain in mid-October. We had just had another baby, so I didn't really think much of it at first. Then in early November he wouldn't walk, after x-rays and blood work all came back normal our pediatrician diagnosed him with toxic synovitis. He began walking and was back to normal in a couple days. However, the occasional complaint of back paincontinued, most of the time when he was laying down. We took him back in to the Dr.
