I don't really believe in any of those myths, but it was true for me! Funny too because although I don't believe in them, I would always look them up in hopes we were having a girl.lol & everyone thought it was a girl anyhow by other symptoms or behaviors I had. Nope all myths said girl but I'm having my second boy. And this pregnancy is a 180 from my first you never know.

It is an old wives tale. That the sadness can cause a stillborn or miscarriage. Go support those kiddos. I have been to a couple funerals while pregnant and never had an issue.
I'm hispanic and never heard of that =/ I think there all myths. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I bought stuff early.

They are exactly that, myths. They have a 50/50 chance of being right for you as baby only has 2 possible genders. Apparently if you only have a bump its a girl but if you gain weight all over then it's a boy. If you carry high it's a girl, low it's a boy. If the baby has a higher heartrate it's a girl. They will be right 50% of the time.
s gender by movements, what side it leans to, or the size or shape or belly. Every body came up with myths about my friend's and my pregnancy and they were all wrong. It's just a 50 50 chance. People might guess the gender right but doesn't make the myths true. They just had a lucky guess.
