Milk protein lightening cream

Common Questions and Answers about Milk protein lightening cream

milk

Avatar m tn As Ive started thinking more and more, when I was working out I remember I couldnt find a protein powder that sat well with me. I kept switching. Milk, and dairy of such doesnt give me diarrhea or pain, like common lactose tolerance symptoms. Milk just alters my stools, turning them light colored after a few days of drinking it. So does sour cream and ice cream. I dont have this problem with cheese, and the lactose tolerance pills did not make a difference in this, because I tried them.
Avatar f tn Yeah wit my first omg ice cream ice cream ice cream lol!!!!! Thats why i was blaming myself for all the milk in my system!
Avatar m tn Suggest giving him Pediasure, or milkshakes (milk and ice cream blended), or yogurt smoothies (yogurt and ice cream blended) in place of milk/fluids at meals and snacks. You can add fruit to the shakes/smoothies for additional vitamins and minerals, if he accepts. Hoped this helped you.
Avatar f tn You can also use flavored Greek yogurts, but watch the calorie count as some have a lot more sugar than the plain yogurt, and by the time you add milk and the protein powder you might have more calories than you bargained for. I have more recipes, if you're interested, but they aren't much different from these. Your imagination and tastebuds are the only limits to what you can put into a smoothie.
Avatar f tn tofu, soy milk, soy yogurt, soy pudding, and soy ice cream. Incomplete proteins you need to combine foods such as beans and rice, pasta with vegetables, peanut butter and bread, nuts in salad, and beans with pasta. You can try any of the above to get protein in her for each meal. Milkshakes (milk, fresh fruit, and ice cream) are also good for extra protein too.

Avatar f tn Hi, Doctor, I have a question about topical steroid cream use. I used a steroid cream on my chin for a fungal rash for about 4 months. My primary care provider didn't warn me that it can cause lightening of the skin! Is this permanent? I haven't been using the cream for almost 6 months now, and now that it's summer and I'm getting a tan, the white spots are very noticeable. Is there any chance this might go away??? Thanks!
Avatar f tn You get protein by using dairy products which can come from animal or plant sources, such as, milk, soy milk, rice milk, yogurt, soy yogurt, cheese, soy cheese, soy ice cream, and rice ice cream. For the plant protein, you need to combine grains and nuts / seeds for essential protein have to be used daily such as rice and beans, pasta and beans, nuts to oatmeal, peanut butter and bread, and salad and nuts.
Avatar n tn The substitutes for dairy products are soymilk, lactaid milk (which has the lactase enzyme in it), rice milk, almond milk, soy cheese, soy yogurt, lactaid ice cream, soy ice cream, and rice ice cream. Lactase enzyme is sold in drugstores as a pill, which can be taken just as you have the dairy product so you do not have issues.
Avatar n tn Have you tried chocolate milkshakes (milk, chocolate mix, and ice cream blended together) or banana milkshake (milk, fresh banana, and ice cream blended together) for extra calories and protein to help gain weight. Most of the time children will accept the 'homemade' milkshakes. If she will not accept the milk in the milkshakes, then suggest replace the milk with pumped breast milk and give it to her between meals as a snack 2-3 times a day.
Avatar n tn You can also apply a paste of turmeric powder, lemon juice and milk cream on your lips to make the dark colour of your lips normal.

Avatar n tn Some foods irritating are coffee, milk, cream, butter, spices, fried foods of all types, greasy burgers, ice cream, milk shakes, certain oily foods, oils, rich desserts, cream sauces, cheese, fatty foods, restaurant foods, onion rings, etc.
Avatar f tn I believe I am somewhat lactose intolerant, but lactose free milk bothers me too. So does cheese and yogurt. I do not have a problem with products made only from cream. I can eat as much sour cream, cream cheese, and whipped cream as I want as long as they don't contain milk. They give me no problem at all. I have trouble with ice-cream since it has milk in it as well as cream. I would probably be fine with an all cream ice cream.
Avatar n tn Yogurt and egg usually digest well regardless of illness. They are protein sources and need to be eaten daily. Is he drinking milk? That will give him protein and you can add ice cream to it as a milkshake (milk, fruit, and ice cream blended) or yogurt smoothies (yogurt, fresh fruit, and frozen fruit) for additional calories and protein. Make sure he is eating a protein food each meal (meat, fish, cheese, or yogurt).
Avatar f tn well, there really is no bad news! From a nutritional perspective, soy milk has almost as much protein as dairy milk, less fat, no cholesterol, and, since most soy milks are fortified, is a comparable source of calcium. but tell her she should make sure to find a brand that is fortified with Vitamin B12. Each brand of soy milk is slightly different, so try a couple and see which one suits your taste buds best.
Avatar f tn The substitutes for dairy products are soymilk, lactaid milk (which has the lactase enzyme in it), rice milk, almond milk, soy cheese, soy yogurt, lactaid ice cream, soy ice cream, and rice ice cream. Avatar n tn If she does not, then add ice cream to the milk that you give her now. That will give her additional nutrients, protein, calories, and fat that she would not normally get. Best of luck to you.
Avatar f tn I need help and/or ideas for things I could eat daily. I usually have dairy in almost everything I eat. I drink milk everytime I have something hot and/or spicy, I use mayo, sour cream, etc... So in conclusion, and a nutshell, what are simple meals I can eat? (I'm up for anything, I'm not picky.
Avatar n tn Her weight is between the 5-10th percentile and her height is just above the 25th percentile for her age. You can make milkshakes (milk, fruit, and ice cream blended) or yogurt smoothies (yogurt, fresh fruit, and frozen fruit) for additional calories and protein to grow. Suggest giving her the milkshakes or smoothies in place of milk at each meal. Some tips for additional calories: If she likes pasta, then add cheese sauces to the pasta instead of plain tomato sauce or plain pasta.
1438750 tn?1302819443 Hi there, the daisy sour cream may not have preservatives or additives, but it is likely to have milk components. Also butter, this is high in fat content and low in milk component. You could avoid both and see if it is helping with your symptoms. Or you could try alternatives like soy sour cream. It is not a milk product, but is interchangeable in most recipes with the real thing. So, try this. Regards.
7019649 tn?1396792517 So....I love dairy products. Milk, ice cream, cheese, etc. I am sad and frustrated because I'm not allowed to eat them. I have had kidney stones for like 3 weeks, and I would prefer not to add to the pain. I just can't stand watching other people eat whatever they want :( Okay, I'm done pouting, I just had to let that out.
Avatar f tn t smart in pregnancy when it comes to raw dairy products at all! That meant in switched out my butter, cream cheese, cheeses and milk. Find a natural food store and look for grass fed organic dairy products. Super super important to your health as cows and chickens are the most polluted animals when it comes to hormones and feed when they are factory cows :( when u buy cheap u get cheap. It's a good time to switch :) my local dairy ins Straus Family Dairy. My milk comes in a glass jar.
Avatar f tn Are you wanting a cream to lighten your skin? I'm not sure what you have available- but anything that is marked skin lightening or something like "radiance lightening" would be what you are looking for- do keep in mind that these creams won't always give you the exact results you are hoping for- kinda like wrinkle cream, they don't always work and if they do don't always work for everyone.
Avatar f tn Red meats and milk. They're healthy but have that heavy nutrients so to speak.
Avatar n tn Suggest Carnation Instant Breakfast 2-3 times a day (it is cheaper then Ensure) and to boost the calories add ice cream or yogurt to it. For a cheaper way you can make your own milkshakes (milk, and ice cream blended together) or yogurt smoothies (yogurt, frozen fruit, and milk) for extra calories and protein.
