A medium peach has 2 g protein and 149 grams of dried figs have 5 g protein. I love avocado smoothies, but avocados have a lot of calories, so you have to watch that. Peaches would be okay.

2030686 tn?1351688548 Even the ones that specifically say milk free on the label have milk in them. Lactose free usually still has milk poducts in it and typically whey comes from milk. Any one else with a milk allergy on peg/riba who can help me out here? Any suggestions on what to do when I can't eat? Like I said, it's not lactose that's a problem, it's any milk products.

From a nutritional perspective, soy milk has almost as much protein as dairy milk, less fat, no cholesterol, and, since most soy milks are fortified, is a comparable source of calcium. but tell her she should make sure to find a brand that is fortified with Vitamin B12. Each brand of soy milk is slightly different, so try a couple and see which one suits your taste buds best.

I just can't stop eating until my tummu gets REALLY FULL. Maybe I try to have a glass of milk, oatmeal and a banana for breakfast.

I be damn if I didn't start squirting out chocolate and not like choco milk, but chocolate icing...lol I don't know why I dreamt that.....Weired to say the least.
