menstrual cramps in stomach

Is it normal to have slight cramps below your stomach ( almost like menstrual cramps) the first 4 weeks?

I only get these cramps every other hour or day sometimes and they only last about 15 secs after that I feel fine.

It might be early labor. I have read where premature labor can feel like menstrual cramps. It could also be Braxton hicks but Im not sure. If you have more than 4 cramps an hour, you should call your OB ASAP. That is what the OB nurse told me on Friday when I was having contractions showing on the monitor, although I didn't feel them.

What does it mean if my stomach hurts at the bottom at least once or twice a day? Its almost like mild menstrual cramps but its not severe and I'm not bleeding.

I get the same pain in the lower part of my stomach, almost like period pain after sex. My doctor said its quite normal but couldn't give me an explanation so I am still wondering myself!

28wks if very further along to feel menstrual cramps.. i would recommend you to go L&D.. as it could be start of contractions.. as you are pregnant with twins it is also possible to get lower abdomen discomfort due to babies gaining weight etc... but than again you can never be sure so you need to see doctor... just to be on safe side...

My stomach gets hard and it feels like bad menstrual cramps and my back kills me. And I just got my bloody show. But maybe I'm just having gas pains? Due in 2 days and was 2cm dilated yesterday.
