, which is most of the time! if you except that this could very well be anxiety and everything else has been ruled out then you can go on from there with treatment, some therapy and maybe medication for awhile. try to stay on a bland diet, which it sounds like your doing now, low acid, no spicy foods, low fat, nothing greasy and no caffeine.
