Is it safe to take Lexapro and Imitrex? There is a warning on the package against this but I thought I would ask the professionals first.

I am so glad that you asked about imitrex! I take a triptan, like imitrex, and personally I think that triptans are the best treatment for acute migraines, and they are also the most prescribed medication for acute migraines.

I have recently been put on Zoloft and was informed that taking both at the same time could cause stomach bleeding, but my doctor said she would put me on the Zoloft anyway. Is this safe? I normally do not take the naproxen every day but there are times I do take it daily for a week or two when my back is especially inflamed. I would like to continue taking both medications if possible. Any thoughts and advice would be appreciated.

Have been on Zoloft 25mg for 3 weeks new doc wants to put me on abilify 2mg with the Zoloft to see if it makes it work better. What sort of side effects does this cause and is it helpful?

Four to five years ago my doc thought they were migraines and I took Imitrex about once every 2 weeks. Then I started getting a worse headache from the Imitrex, like my entire head was supersensitive, my hair hurt. He sent me to a neurologist who diagnosed occiptal neuralgia. That doc has been giving me botox injections in my neck and prescribed Lyrica. I can't afford the Lyrica -- its $300 a month.

I take my zoloft and ativan in morning as it me jittery and causes insomnia. I have seasonal allergies and was wondering the best OTC antihistamine would work better. Allegra, Zyrtec or loratadine. I was on 12.5 zoloft for 2 weeks and tapering up to 25 mg (split another 12.5 in half so 3/4 a pill then one whole 25 mg. I have to do this slowly as I am super sensitive to meds. I take Methadone 80mg a day once in the morning, and have been prescribed to psychiatric medication for a long period of time. m a 17 year old girl in high school, and was told by my doctor that I have major depression. My doctor gave me Zoloft. Another possibility can be drug drug interaction between the zoloft. One such interaction is seen between one of the H2 antagonist (cimetidine) with zoloft (but not well known with other anti histaminics).
