Don't lose too much or you will be unhealthy. There are some websites you can go to that will give you the number of calories you need daily. spark people is a good one; live strong is another. You can also do a search for height/weight charts to get an idea of where your weight should fall. Good luck and keep posting.

I copied a portion of a height/weight chart for you to see what you should actually weigh. I don't know about your frame size (whether you are large boned or more petite).
