Many types of diet sodas
contain aspartame which is very bad for you.
Diet sodas also make you
want to eat more sugary
type treats. Do they make you fat?
Well, not directly,but they can contribute to weight gain by making you
want to eat more food. Personally, I've given up all types of sodas,
even gingerale which used to be one of my favorite sodas. I drink a lot
of water instead of pop. Some fruit juices , coffee and tea. That's it.
