And hes right about the
message board! I would have relapsed by now, if it wasnt for this
board! You are doing the right thing, what has helped me is, going on a morning walk and then grabbing a cup of coffee, cig, and doing some morning mediation! I know it sounds silly but I usually just say 10 positive things about myself and about what I want my day to come of! Or try writing about it!!! I have starting on a diet as well!
