Please reconsider the diet pills. You CAN do it on your own!

YAY right...well wrong...I got severly sick this week and aparently because the diet focuses on protein and nothing else I had lost out on vitamins and become anemic. The doctor told me no more supplements. So I guess the diet is not for me after all.

Xanax is heavily used in the drug community (those looking for a high from it.) Is the Lexapro helping? If not perhaps 0.25 Klonopin bid or tid might be helpful. (twice or three times a day). Good luck and I hope you have success with some light medications that perhaps you can wean off of in 6 months. A healthy diet is a good thing.

Avatar n tn t be good 100% of the time with the diet, so go for 80% of the time. This will allow you some room for error and not feel bad about it. I would suggest making an appointment with a dietician to help with a balanced diet, or many websites/phone apps have spots that will let you put in height and weight and let you see how man calories to eat daily. Also make sure to drink plenty of water and leave temtation at the grocery store. As for your weight goal make sure to set reasonable expectations.

Exercise lowers stress hormones, boosts your energy, builds bone mass, and increases immunity. Choose an activity that you like ( walking, dancing, yoga, sports ) and do it several times a week. Healthy diet and good water intake is also important and as for what is a healthy diet i think i was clear above but i will be more clear. Eat whole, organic, unprocessed foods.

The combination of the two + coke & fast food + heavy work load caused him to rev and unable to sleep. The doctors said more than likely the combination of diet pills + unwarranted antidepressants were the culprit. What do you think he should do? Seek any changes to the meds?

No motivation, never tried to really do anything with my life and even when I did, it never lasted for more then a week until that motivation randomly vanished.
