m sorry you are having a rough time. You may consider sea bands for
motion sickness and also the sea band brand of ginger gum. I found relief off and on with them. I've also heard that b12 vitimins can also help with nausea. I found that for me pretty much anything ginger seemed to help me (even though I hate ginger). You can buy Ginger capsules at most vitimin shops. As always, saltines and water, preggie pops, and time. I hope you feel better soon.
