I have been snorting 10 mg of zaleplon at bedtime for a few months, and have recently experienced labored breaths, and a tightness in my lungs. These sensations are accompanied with shallow breathing , and I have to inhale deeply to get full, cleansing breaths. I have not been coughing or weezing. Do I need to worry about permanent damage to my lungs, or is it a temporary problem? Do I need to get medications such as an inhaler help me breath easier?

If you're on a generic, yes, many people do find that generics are often less effective than brand names and some generic manufacturers are better than others. Others don't notice these things. Generics are not identical to brand name drugs, they are similar enough to work pretty much the same but our bodies differ and might not absorb the generic as well.
But I do know there are several manufacturers of insulin not just Lily. Perhaps one of the other manufacturers are still making the animal insulins. I would definitely check it out. Are you referring to the aspheric lens from Bausch & Lomb (think its the Sofport)? All three manufacturers of aspheric lenses (including AMO's Tecnis and Alcon's AcrySof IQ) claim that their lens is the best. I think they are all good lenses.
