Hello! Melatonin does not help me. Zaleplon helps to sleep, but it can not be taken for a long time, since it causes dependence. Diagnosis: chronic insomnia with anxiety disorder. I take escitalopram in the morning. Can Rozerem replace Zaleplon?

I have been snorting 10 mg of zaleplon at bedtime for a few months, and have recently experienced labored breaths, and a tightness in my lungs. These sensations are accompanied with shallow breathing , and I have to inhale deeply to get full, cleansing breaths. I have not been coughing or weezing. Do I need to worry about permanent damage to my lungs, or is it a temporary problem? Do I need to get medications such as an inhaler help me breath easier?

I'm taking ESCITALOPRAM. Now me helps 2 pills Belsomra on 20 mg plus 2 pills Donormila. But since Belsomra is expensive, can I replace it with Rozerem? Maybe one tablet of Rozerem will be enough for me?

along with opiates, I was addicted to xanax or any other benzo(valium, librium, temezepam, clonazepam, lorazepam,triazolam etc.) and sleeping pills-ambien(zolpidem), sonata(zaleplon), and lunesta(epizopiclone) for two years as well. I would take the benzos with opaites to add to the effects or while withdrawling to ease it somewhat and i would take the sleeping pills to aid in sleeping while high and withdrawling as well.

how much seroquel are you taking? try to lower the dose, seroquel is used as sleeping aid at around 25 to 100mg approximately. You can try some antidepressant to control your appetite. I definitely do not recommend ambien or lunesta, for long term treatment of insomnia. They have a very short life in your body and it which builds up tolerance quickly. The so called "z" drugs ambien and lunesta (zolpidem, zopiclone, zaleplon and eszopiclone) are for short term insomnia only.

So before I got pregnant, my husband amd I booked a trip to see my family in the US. Now looking at the trip, I'm nervous because I will be 6 months pregnant, but the tickets are non-refundable, and its for a wedding that I would hate to miss..Its not until October but does anyone have any thoughts/suggestions about traveling while pregnant?

Has anyone done a long road trip that late. I am a low risk pregnancy with no complications so far. Sincethey all want to come out for the birth I cant make my huge family come out here. Any suggestions to help me through it.

I'm due July 21 and my parents and myself always go on a mapping trip on Fourth of July weekend. We have done this every year since I was born. My question is, knowing I'm due in July, is it safe to go on said camping trip? I've already planned one in May with my boyfriend just in case it isn't safe for July.

Do you think its to early to take a newborn (about a week or more old) on a 10 hour road trip? Im due april 5 but am going on a road trip with my grandparents april 15 to my dads so he can meet his grand child. But i don't want to take my little guy out to early. I was wondering if anyone has been told not to take a long road trip (12 hrs into the mountains) after 32 weeks? I emailed my doctor but she hasn't replied.

I took a 6 hr trip exactly when I was 36 weeks. It was hard after 2 hrs of sitting I couldn't stand the pain in my ribs and butt lol. I ended up laying in the back seat the remainder of the trip which was so much better.

So my significant other and I were talking earlier about a Babymoon trip out of town. I thought it would be nice to have a fun outing before we welcomed our baby home. I'm not that far along yet but I am in my second trimester and think maybe I should start planning now. What are your thoughts or ideas on babymoons?

I am not much of an adventurer and get quite anxious driving new places alone but I am thinking about taking a road trip with my girls this summer. Unfortunately, I haven't a clue how to go about mapping a safe route w/ hotel stays. I live in the Phila area and our destination would be Huntsville, AL. It's about a 14 hour drive and I'd try to stop midway for an overnight.

But the thought of lounging on the beach with a nice seabreeze blowing, and the sun sparkling off the water is enough to make me feel better!
