I checked the lab test online and seen that I had fasting glucose of 105 and according to their online index table it was out of normal range. I emailed my Doc and he said that reading of 105 did not concern him. But is 105 pre-diabetic? I'm 27, male. 6'0 and 160, not overweight at all, in fact I'm too skinny for being a male.

(full body, and bodyweight burns more calories because you are using more muscles. you want to choose 10 exercises to workout with for the workout and keep the reps around 12-15. As for diet, i am not a nutritionist but something you can do is make healthier substitutes for things like cookies.

If you have to take meds, it will stop working forever and will forever be an issue, because if your meds aren't calculated correctly weight can become an issue again. Depending on who you talk to, of course (endocrinologists will often say no evidence exists tying thyroid to weight, while almost everyone who has the problem does). As for diet, it's not different for someone with thyroid problems than for anyone else.

However, I'm hesitant to putting extra chemicals and whatnot in my body. Also, they tend to be expensive so I want to get something that actually works. Any suggestions??
