139792 tn?1498585650 Please Google microcosmic orbit. you will get all details. It consists of two channels-governor channel and(perineum to crown of the head on spinal column) and functional channel-crow of the head to the perineum through the mid line on the surface of the body.Sexual energy is circulated in this orbit. The energy is converted into mental energy. This is based on Taoist yoga's principles. If this orbit is open, many sexual problems and physical problems will be solved.
Avatar f tn I practice yoga already and today I decided to purchase pregnancy yoga DVDs in particular. I just completed one and it was beautiful. I love the focus on baby while remembering the beauty of self. Creating space for him, aligning myself with baby. I loved it. If anyone is looking for a gentle and beautiful workout.. Prenatal and postnatal, YOGA.
Avatar f tn s Guide to Childbirth book to come in now, heard it is great book. I recently bought the Prenatal Yoga Deck, it has breathing techniques and poses, I like it because you can go as many cards as you have time for. Also, try to spend time a couple times a day just breathing, refocus everytime your mind wanders. I have a mantra, just be and breathe, and repeat in my head to help focus; practice does help.
Avatar f tn Try having sex and bouncing on yoga ball I have been and I'm at 3cm going to continue im sure in 14 days seems to help and I did the same with my daughter took 2 days of bouncing but it seemed to work for me hope this helps x
Avatar f tn Sounds like you worry at night and let your thoughts get out of hand , if you can into the habit of thinking about nice things ie a garden of shrubs and flowers or a beach , when you lay down at night do not think of anything negative, let your mind go to the same nice, happy place it can be any scene you feel comfortable in that doesnt excite but only is a quiet place, wander round in your mind in the place.
Avatar f tn i do yoga or some light stretching to relax good for birth as well.. I dont know very much yoga so i just look up pregnant yoga or stretches on youtube lol!
Avatar f tn My hospital doesn't provide anything, keep you in 5 nights for a csection even tho its my 2nd, and expect you to wear normal day clothes and go for little walks to the cafe and garden etc so I've packed yoga pants and loose tops, pyjamas, flat shoes and slippers, black underwear in the next size up for comfort and 'leakage', maternity bras, maternity pads, breastpads, a nice body wash for my first shower, hair brush, shampoo/conditioner, make up, toothbrush and toothpaste.
Avatar f tn IF all medical tests are done, and nothing is found, this is a classic sign of anxiety. Not your garden variety stress, but an accumulation of stress that has literally pulled you in one direction. I have experience with this, and I didn't start to get better until I had all the medical tests (nothing to actually pinpoint the extent of the problem), and began to believe -- really believe-- that it was stress induced.
Avatar f tn Oh well, will dig that area up and put a bigger garden in. In ten years all garden --no grass at the rate were going. Lol I'm kind of upset about the Hydrangeas --I had thought to tell him not to mess with them but forgot. I will miss all of those beautiful flowers this summer. Normally, I cut the Hydrangeas back to the ground in fall and did fairly well with the flowers. Thought I would try not cutting back to see if I got more flowers., but I won't know now --thanks to hubby.
Avatar f tn I'm 33+4 and I'm wanting to use a yoga ball to bounce on and start do hip swivels, etc. I know it helps with back pain, hip pain, helping the baby engage, and positioning the baby. Well my question is could it cause labor to happen? I'm not wanting to go into pre term labor but I wouldn't mind to have her immediately after my 37 week because she's a big baby (thanks to her daddy's gene).
450257 tn?1268343617 I have been trying to get my mind interested in doing some light yoga. Borders has a book called Easy Does It Yoga that I am thinking of getting. Maybe if I put it under my pillow it will work by osmosis!

Avatar n tn I do basic yoga asana (asana means that it is less cardio more posture and stretching) since the beginning of my pregnancy. I will be 35 weeks on Tuesday and it relieve my minor pains (hips, pelvic, lower back, buttocks and thighs). It also help to have a good posture and strengthen your core muscles for birth and baby position. It is great to take that time for you to relax. Sincerely, yoga is a revelation for me.
