I'm not sure where your friend got the idea that two yeast infections = HIV. That's just not the case. Even if your symptoms WERE indicative of HIV infection (which they ARE NOT), you can not use symptoms to diagnose HIV infection. The only way to find out your status is by testing.

I have constant yeast infections and lots of white discharge as well as lots of fatigue! I immediately got tested thinking maybe just an std. But all I had was yeast infection. Douching upsets the natural balance of bacteria and yeast in your vagina and will cause infections.

Than i got 2 yeast infections, so I used the Home Access test at 16 weeks and that came back negative, but I got another yeast infection andd I just took another test today at 20 weeks and am waiting for the results. Should I worry or is the test at 16 weeks conclusive even though I keep getting yeast infections?
