ve been very preoccupied with the fact that my husband is deploying to Korea in a few weeks, and did miss two pill in a row twice, one time coinciding with when I "should" ovulate. Is it possible I'm just psyching myself out? When I started to feel nauseous last week, I didn't really think anything of it other than I might have eaten something bad. I've been taking Tums now and then, but that doesn't seem to be really helping.

Is there any difference in the contraception effectiveness of Yaz in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome? If so what are they?

Yasmine has a higher level of ethinyl estradiol (10ug more than Yaz) . Gianvi is the same formulation as Yaz, execept in generics fillers are different. I was on yaz for a few years, and then I switched. The new pills made my period crazy, but yaz made it come the same time every month. However, yaz made my periods last longer, and I would bleed on and off for a week towards the end of using yaz.

I stopped yaz for a month then started it again. I also had the same symptom after starting yaz again. My doctor change my birth control bill back to Ortho Tri- Cycle Lo this month.

No, I did not suffer from depression or anxiety prior to taking yaz. I started Yaz on a Thursday and by Sunday I was super excited to see my boyfriend and then that night and the following day its like someone flipped a switch on me..I just felt weird all the time..even with him. Do you know why that is? I started taking Cypralex a month into taking Yaz. I did go off Yaz within 9 days because i thought something was weird...

she had to get several tests done because of all the pain she was in, she is currently going through a lawsuit with yaz because of what it has done to her.

I have been on yaz for a year and I have noticed that since then I have been suffering from anxiety, panic attacks and depression. This is not like me at all and have even gone to the point of therapy. A major side effect of the pill is depression and I know this is what is causing this. Last week I had switched to the brand Loett to see if it makes a difference. I know this could take a few months to notice change but now I'm considering coming off it all together.

I would stop taking Yaz definately! There is lots of bad things going on with Yaz it could be counteracting with the Prozac also..im surprised the Dr has not took you off! has any1 been on the yazmin pill and had a noticable change in there cup size? its the only reason i want to go on yaz really. iv had the implant in my arm for coming up to nearly 3 years now and dont want another put it in. i would rather go on yazmin but from reading all the reviews on yaz im now rethinkin my decision but to be totaly honest i just want my breasts to grow from a 32A!!

Have you seen the write up on the YAZ pill and issues people have experienced as Bayer "maker" of YAZ has not kept to their promises in terms of how good this pill is compared to other contraceptives. In a forum on this website there were quite of bit of ladies who told thier stories relating to this pill, headaches, bad acne, heavy mood swings, lot of others. Is Yaz treating u well?

Hi, as far as Yaz is concerned from personal experience i was a mess in every way possible. From anxiety to gaining weight, I actually experienced hair loss, white spots on my skin and countless other issues. I personally would not recommend Yaz to anyone, but it all depends on your body.
