Hormones are such a pain. When they fluctuate or manipulated through artificial hormones, the pill, etc., fatigue can result. Has this gotten better? They often do after the hormones stabilize.

i want to know if endo come back with yasmin , i am taking yasmin about one year ,after my period i saw a brown blood, a liitle pain, i want to know what to do ,it is normal after one year ?

Im 28 and have never been pregnant slightly overweight but not too concerred and getting it back down periods were always regular and pain free went on for birth control, my husband has 1 child already and decided to start are own family.

But, because my organism is disposed to endometriosis and I am a rare case in this illness (if I may call it that way), eventhough I was taking Yasmin the chocolate cysts on my left ovary started to grow rapidly and Yasmin was no longer usefull for me, so six months ago I had to do a punction and I started with Zoladex treatment (this injections make you go into the condition of early menopause). I took five injections till now and I have one more and my treatment will finish.

I take Marvelon21 and have since my surgery 4yrs ago. I am wondering if its the ingredients in the yasmin that could be doing it besides the progestin and estrogen? Where you taking it continuously with the yasmin 21 or the 28 day? MARVELON21 contains the below ingredients Each white, round tablet contains desogestrel 0.15 mg and ethinyl estradiol 0.03 mg.

But I thought I would ask, is anyone that has PCOS symptoms (high testosterone, insulin resistance) and on BCP on any other BCP besides Yasmin, and does it control PCOS symptoms? Have you seen any side effects?

the lightheadedness has gotten better but I still have head tension and I am having slight stabbing pains in the back of my head. The pain also happens on my back and pelvic area.

I was still worried so i took 2 Yasmin combination pill on day 5 and 2 Yasmin pills on day 6. I did not take the pill after that. Ever since I have had heart burn and stomach ache, belching and pain between the shoulders. I usually have a 30-32 day cycle. Today, I am day 17 of my cycle and been bleeding for 4 days now. MED HELP Doctors forum opined that it may be due to irregular use of Yasmin in high doses those 2 days.

I am 19 and I have the same problem i was on yasmin and blood pressure went high stopped b.c. all together for around 8 months recently got back on it about 3months ago and my blood pressure is around 156/130...I am wondering the same thing perhaps is there any bc that will not make blood pressure high???

I had one major outbreak, took antiviral and was fine after that for a month. I went back on the pill three weeks ago for my skin and I have had another outbreak (I thought HSV1 didn't recurr this much 3 times in 2 months??). I have been doing some internet searching and there is some talk about the contraceptive pill increasing the shedding of HSV2 - no one has mentioned if this also applies to HSV1. There is also not that much information on it.

m hoping that this is due to me changing back to Yasmin and that it will all settle down and fall back into sync soon!

I just need advice as I am still bleeding constantly, i have extreme period pain on both the left and right sides of my uterus and not too sure why this is occuring. Is this normal? Should I return to the Doctor? Any advice is appreciated.

i then went to a demotologist for my skin and he prescribed a Minerva-35 and im on my 36 day and have not menstruated. could this be a problem. because i dont know whether those Minerva-35 pill make you not go on the cycles. would you please brief me on this issue.i dont have any symptoms of pregnency and i had a left and right pain by my abdorminal.

With all the commercials you see on TV about YAZ and Yasmin and all the problems it has caused, i cant imagine that the positives out weigh the negatives. Currently I am on Levlen birth control, it has the minimum amount of estrogen and it works wonderful! But because everyone is different, i would suggest doing some research on birth control types and find whats best for her, then talk to a doctor about those types you have looked over. Good Luck!

I had many rectovaginal implants so could this have come back so soon? I had pain with sex before but this pain is different. I feel so lost and confused about all of this because i dont feel that the pill is working and its still growing and the only reason i stay on it is because of the pain of having even one period is too excruciating. Reading all of the posts on another part of this forum elated to yasmin and yaz is very scary. My life has been seriously affected by taking yasmin for four years. If I only knew back then what I know now. Please consider the long term effects of taking any birth control pill, not just yasmin or yaz. They primarily work by putting your ovaries to sleep. The pill shuts down your own natural production of hormones and replaces them with lab manufactured hormones.

i was talken about pain in stomach and in my pelvic area when i was on this med. and its YASMIN im talken about YAZ and YASMIN are 2 different birth control pills!

I will be 18 next month and i just found out that i not only had endometriosis on my uterus and right ovary, but a fibroid on my uterus and pollyps in my uterus. The pain and constant bleeding started december 2007. And i have been to 6 OBGYN's and they all said i was too young to have endo. ANd they refused to do a lap. to find out anyways.

I would say to try the pill out for a few months, like 3 UNLESS your symptoms get worse. The body needs time to adjust to any bcp and 3 months is the normal. I'm on Yasmin too and never had any problems with it. Yasmin is one of the top bcp that is given to woman with pcos because most woman can tolerate it better then other bcp. The only thing I've found while taking Yasmin (and I think this goes for ALL bcp) it raises my blood pressure a little.

Im on Yasmin. It helps to regulate my period each month, also helps to protect me against pregnancy at this point too. Yasmin is the only pill I've been on, so I don't know much about Ortho.

Your doctor didnt give you anything to jump start ur period? Or place u on bc pills? I take metformin 500mg 2x and yasmin bc pills. I hope by end of this year i will discontinue bc pills and ttc next yr.

I am a 26 year old woman and i have been using the birth control pill yasmin for the past year and a half. Since then i have been experiencing mood swings and bouts of depression. I have also gone from 138 lbs to 120 lbs, i am 5'6 and 120lbs makes me look as though i am starving,i have very little appetite i have tried tonics to regain the weight but nothing seems to work i am not happy with my weight at all and how i feel. please help!

yasmin is the best pill i kno of it not only doesnt cause anywhere near the weight gain other pills etc cause its also great at reducing cramps moodiness pain and breakouts.
