I have to ask this cause I am having a delemma with IBS, allergies hayfever, colds, GERD..and honestly
I havent had these symptoms when
I was taking
a multi
vitamin a few years ago. The only thing was I was getting oily skin and yellow skin from the vitamin A and beta carotene. I was taking supplement everyday along with a very good diet.
So since my vitamin A level is at 178, would it be okay to take once a week? or twice?
As I really need my energy, and my health back.
