From what you described, it's very unlikely she is pregnant.. there needs to be penetration for their to be a pregnancy %99.9 of the time. Also, if she took plan B that reduces and small risk there was even smaller..

from what i have seen, it seems everyone is different,i know its not what you want to hear and i find myself frustrated when my doc tels me that too .a friend of mine finished treatment last june and i didnt even know he was on it til he told me, i just started treatment a few weeks ago myself, ,ihave read some where that most people can continue to work through treatment, the thing is everyone is different, i wish i could have been more help, take care , and hang in there.
