If not, after the first 3 nights of not sleeping I would have been in the hospital because I felt like I was going crazy. Rozerem did not work as fast at nite and I did wake up and was sleepy in the morning. My brother in law takes it. He seems to like it. But hes also not an addict of any sort. Ambien CR is scary. When it starts to work I felt like I was paralized. I was awake but could not move my body. I wouldnt have been able to get up if I was on fire. Good luck to you.

Hello! Which sleeping pill is stronger, Belsomra or Rozerem? I take 2 tablets of Belsomra at night for 20 mg plus 2 tablets of Donormil. Should I try Rozerem?
Has anyone tried taking rozerem to help sleep when tapering? I tried Abien a few years ago and it wired me all night. Last night, I took ,1 clonidine and 2 soma and I just knew that would put me to sleep and all it did was give me a big buzz and i was wired for a few hours.
I know I just need some sleep!
As indicated it is better to avoid medications to promote sleep, as the symptoms are likely to bounce back once you discontinue the medication. Besides hypnotic medications like rozerem are best taken under the guidance of a specialist. However, there is no known interaction between rozerem and sertraline. You could try and adopt good sleep hygiene measures like going to bed at the same time, waking up at the same time, avoidance of alcohol, smoking and caffeinated beverages.
I have sleep anxiety and only sleep 4 to 5 hours a night. I feel exhausted most of the time and I am able to fall asleep with melatonin but only helps for about 4 hours. I've tried Ambien, Clonazepam and everything over the counter. Clonazepam seemed to work but it's a controlled drug so I would like to get off it. Has anyone tried Rozerem? It's not a controlled drug. Thoughts or experience on Rozerem would be appreciated.
