I've had 6 negative pregnancy test but continue to have painfully tender breasts, lower back and abdominal pain, gas and strangely sometimes shoulder pain. if it's not pregnancy what else could be causing it all?
Stress, medications, reflux disease, gastritis, hepatitis, migraine; CNS causes are few conditions presenting wit nausea and headache. The presence of associated symptoms and clinical examination findings may be important for correct diagnosis and treatment. It is possible that GERD is causing acid and food to reflux back. You will need antacids and medications for your cough. Take light food. See a physician and get evaluated.Treatment will depend on the underlying cause. Hope it helps.
I avoided spicy foods and food that causes gas. I took Gas-Ex from time to time when the gas pain was severe. I took Pepto Bismol when I had diarrhea and cramping. I also took over the counter acid reducers for heartburn. My recommendation is to ask for a referral right away to a gynecologist and find out what other tests should be completed to further evaluate and treat the cyst.
So from last 1-2 year i am seriously suffering from various stomach and health problems such as nausea, loss of appetite, underweight, fullness and heaviness in stomach and gas and Acidity. Due to nausea, and sometimes vomiting on daily(most of the time) basis, I have no hunger or appetite for food most of the time due to which i feel weakness in body and pain in body parts and also feel Vertigo(Dizziness).
Im a 40 year old woman and for numerous years have suffered from severe diarrhea and gas with odd pain sometimes in and around my whole stomach area. In the last year i have had a few episodes of constipation and have found that when i do any food that has been eaten that day causes me to be sick and the food is undigested and is very hard to bring up as its all merged together with no liquid to help it.
Commonest cause of nausea is acidity. Take omeprazole and antacid gel and see if it helps. Liver and kidney dysfunction is another cause. Hence kidney and liver function tests should be done. Other causes are diabetes and hypothyroidism. Electrolyte imbalance too can cause nausea. IBS, gluten or lactose intolerance, parasites in gut too can be the cause. A stool test should be done for worms, giardiasis etc.
Give it a few days to return to normal. I always take about a week or so. Even though you went, there's still more in there, I'm sure, since you haven't gone in a little while.
It basically is slowed emptying of the stomach (usually due to nerve damage) and it causes bloating, pain, nausea and vomiting. The causes of it are many and it is dxd on a gastric emptying scan in nuclear medicine. Sometimes it comes on after a bad viral or bacterial GI infection and is either transient or becomes a permanent condition, and sometimes it is linked to a neurologic and/or autoimmune disease (diabetes, lupus, scleroderma, thyroid disease, etc.).

Yes, I have been to Gastroenterologist around in month of Jan 2020, At that time I had problem of Gas , Bloating and Discomfort in Stomach. He recommended me "Align" Probiotic and Low FODMAP diet. And after that till three months I was fine but now since May 2020 , I am facing issue of cramps , bloating , gas , sometimes (upper abdominal minor pain or discomfort).
I have been having nausea for 5 months now and I need some answers!!! The nausea is usually worse when I am trying to get to sleep and in the mornings although it varies throughtout the day. I have put the topic as H. pylori because this is what one of the many docors I have seen has suggested. It had not been that and now I am left stranded. They have diagnosed me with M.E. and I have an appointment with a childrens M.E.

The burping is probably fine, part of the nausea. The loose stool and nausea for 6 days seems a bit long. I'd go to a doctor might need meds or something if bacterial. Not a doctor, just think 6 days is a bit long for a viral bug.
If you have a slow guy, aka gastroparesis, they can detect it by this. It sounds just like what I was experiencing, and the GI can only help so much. I started seeing a natropath, cause I didn't want to believe the GI that the only thing out there would be pills for the rest of your life. The side effects of those is actually what turned me away from that trial.
I strongly encourage you to got to a gastro dr, get the scan and then you can decide which route to take.

Gastritis also causes increased acid and gas formation causing acid reflux. Acute gastritis also stimulates a nerve called the Vagus nerve. This nerve carries sensation from all the internal abdominal organs as well as from the throat and respiratory tract. In gastritis, the Vagus nerve gets irritated.
