I am 28 yr old men I have stomach gas problem . It's start in 2010/04 when 1 night I had full bottle of whiskey. That night everything ok next morning I wake up while going to work I had mother drink 300ml after 1 hr of mother drink I had break fast about 7:30am soon after I start feeling dizzy and heart beat gone up my hand shaking and I went to emergency in kogarah. In hospital after few hrs I feel ok they just keep me under observation for 5-6 hrs send me home with vitamin pills.
sometime i get gas buildup in my stomach that is very painful and it very hard for me to pass the gas that is rubbling threw my stomach it take hours before i can release gas gas-x want relief or make me pass gas and the pain in the upper middle of my stomach be hurting severe. I get this pain , noy to the point where I can't take it but it's very uncomfortable . I'll get it in my lower stomach and sometimes in my lower back , they keep coming and going .?

After a bout with diarrhea for three days I then became constipated along which was accompanied by stomach cramps and horrible gas, however i was still awaken by stomach pain at 5am to urinate and then again at 6am for bowel movement which was now mushy feces with ragged edges that sink to the bottom of the toilet bowel. The cramps / gas in my stomach circulated from the left side of my stomach to the mid section of my lower back which was very painful.
After I eat I have diarrhea and than feel shortness of breath and rapid heartbeat and sometimes pain in my left elbow when I bend it and right and left stomach and upper back and sometimes when i lay down i have rapid heartbeat and gas and have to get up 2 or 3 times to go pee and I've layed down and felt hungry when i wasn't and than felt bloated and lightheaded and I've went and had my blood checked and heart enzymes thyroid liver came back normal no problems and upper and lower g
ever since childhood ive had gas issues, but now as an adult I am either unable to sleep or im waking up early in the morning in so much pain I can barely move because of the gas and discomfort in my stomach. so bad it makes me vomit. the only way the pain goes away is if I take a hot bath, vomit or go to the bathroom. what could this be?

lately i'm feeling bloating in my stomach and change in stool odor. its like more gas i have to release and it smells bad when i poop. what might this be?

In March 2008 I thought I was having a heart attack and after a trip to the E/R the EKG, Blood work and chest x-rays were all normal. After a follow up with a doctor I was put on high blood pressure medicine. I once again had a pain under my left nipple area and since the doctors office didn't think this was a side effect of the new BP medicine they suggested I go to the E/R. Once again the EKG, blood work and chest x-rays were normal.
