The Vitamin E overdose effect occurs when more than 1,000mg of Vitamin E is taken per day. Acute vitamin E toxicity effects include nausea, gastric distress, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, headache, fatigue, easy bruising and bleeding, inhibition of platelet aggregation, diplopia, muscle weakness, and creatinuria.
If you are low income you can apply for Medicaid. You need health coverage and you just may be able to get it by filling out an application at your local Social Services office. If you are working and have no coverage at your job you can look into buying your own health insurance. There are many companies out there that you can check out. My husband has blood tests and his doctor told him he had virtually no vitamin D and a "compromised liver"..he is 72 and has had long term (years) of iron overload due to a chronic disorder and another blood disorder which causes low blood count numbers and has to have lots of transfusions and bi-annual chemo treatments. He cannot have a phlebotomy for the iron because of his other disorder.

What vitamin do you feel you are lacking? Prenatals should make up for it. Enfamils dha pill is veggie friendly but the vitamin one is not. The one a day pill is but the dha is not.
At the very least, get some folic acid into your system. It's a B vitamin and helps the baby not have spina bifida. Look up sources of folic acid, you might have already been eating a lot of foods that contain it. It is also available as a vitamin pill (it's very small) and people take it for heart health, so it would not clue anyone that you are pregnant if you are trying to hide it.

Either you are about to break into viral fever or you have hypothyroidism, diabetes, VIT B12 deficiency or you have not been eating properly and hence have hypoglycemia attacks. Eat well, drink plenty of fluids and get these disorders tested.

I am presently taking Zetia every other day. I also take Omega 3/6, vitamin A,E. With Zetia interfere with the absorption of the benefits of these supplements and if so what can I do to get the full benefit of Zetia and the supplements, if anything.

Did they specifically check your iron and vitamin levels? Many times Drs will only check for infections unless you ask for specific blood tests.
Another thing I'm thinking of because of your symptoms is Mononucleosis. It's can last for months and months and cause the symptoms you're having. Do you know if your Dr checked you for that?
