I had a DVT that went through my heart and into my lungs(PE).
A valve was damaged, also one chanber of my heart.
My problem is that I wasn't diagnosed as a "heart attack", but rather a "pulmonary embolism", and the lawyers representing me in my vioxx lawsuit say it has to be a heart attack, not a PE.
Isn't a heart attack part of a PE? Rather, did I suffer a heart attack as well as a pulmonary embolism?
t stop the vics), that being aside, you should read the warning leaflet and decide for yourself if the side effects are worth it. I was given vioxx years ago, read the warnings about heart attacks and such, and threw them all in the trash! Not much later it was pulled from the market. If I lost a loved one, $$ isn't going to bring the back anyway, it's all stupid. If I do myself in, I guess I will come back and haunt the manufacturers....BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...........

Symptons are always have been cold, tired, joint and muscle pain worse in fingers, I took Vioxx before it was removed , high blood pressure , tinnitus, completely deaf over 2,500 cycles in both ears. BUT, im mad because i know the dr will tell my dad. And, i cant have that. I dont want my family knowing. Do i have any course of a lawsuit? What do i do? I want to talk to my fam dr but im embarrassed becasue i feel like he wont understand and he will look at me as a dope addict. I never dr shopped, ever. Never.
Did you ladies see the commercial for the Zofran pills? There is a lawsuit going on for those pills. Im a little scared because I took it for 1 month in my second trimeseter.
Perhaps it is time for further investigation to be done with regards to a common denominator in all of these women and tram flap surgery. Could it be the mesh over time affecting the immune system? There has been a recall on surgical mesh. Have these women checked to see what brand/type of surgical mesh has been used? Could the mesh be the culprit of these symptoms?
While on tramadol I experienced two spontaneous shoulder dislocations, a and one grand-mal seizure.....;;;;and the WORST a complete trimalleolar fracture of my ankle doing a relatively simple jump from less than a foot ( Im a prior marathoner and not some uncooordinated type) . I didn't put it all together...because this had never been mentioned and I told all my docs, orthopaedist,, surgeon. I had to have surgery on the ankle...15 screws and three plates, spent a month in the hospital..
I too have used the crest whitening strips. Not too long after using them I begin to notice my two front teeth chipping, and now my two front teeth have basicly chipped all the way off. Before using this product I had no problems with my teeth, they were in perfect condition. The only dental work I had ever had was a small filling about 15 years ago.

I started having stomach pain and thought it might be a recurrence of a ulcer. A CT scan and a HPyloreic test proved this negative. I went back to my Gyn and was given a Transvaginal Ultrasound. Very Painful! Md said that sling was placed right but the vaginal wall was thin and there could be erosion. She gave me Estrogen tabs (vaginal) and told me to come back in a month. Since then I have seen where there is a Class Action Lawsuit against the makers of some of these slings.
3 months ago I switched to Nuvaring from the pill. Hubby and I were going to wait until the spring to start ttc.
My dr said I could leave my ring in for 4 weeks to avoid my period so technically I haven't had my period since October 9. I have exactly 1 week until I can either take it out for my period or leave it in to avoid it.
I have been bloated and hungry all the time. Yesterday I was exhausted after shopping for 2 hours and napped when I woke up I was so nauseous.
