Before I gave sample I felt urine and I got confused what should I pass first urine or sperm, so I thought if I pass urine first sperms may include remaining drops of urine in ganitalia so I felt better to pass sperm first and did same, my question is edaculation while feeling urine does it effect test results such as motility or urine drops can be included and effect motility?
I had a Chlamydia and Gonorrhea urine test 11 days post possible exposure. The test was done by Nucleic Acid Amplification. My urine was also in my bladder for an hour and I only sampled the begining part of my stream per the test collecter. I was negative for both.
Is this an accurate test and would you consider it conclusive?
I never had any symtoms and feel fine but I want to be sure that these tests are accurate.

I have only been with my wife and she swears i gave ue it to her. I took a urine test and it showed about thirty white blood cells in my urine and i guess some trichomonaisis that was apparently not moving and considered dead. I have not stepped outside my marriage and she swears i have. Now I have masturbated frequently but i don't think that caused anything. Please tell me there is a logical explanation for this because I know I haven't don't anything wrong.

Hello, I took a urine test last week with the suspicion of having herpes. I'm wondering how reliable this test was and if this test would be testing for other STD's as well, such as chlamydia or anything else.
I do not know to read my test results. Please help..this is for a urine test. I went tot the emergency room for like flu symptoms and had a temp of 104.1 they took a chest x-ray and confirmed I had pneumonia. I also had some irritation vaginally so they took a urine test. Since I don't have a PCD I was never given the test results. I went today to the lab and got a copy of the results but do not know to read them??? can someone please help???
I really don’t feel like I should repeat testing as the risk was so low, I did not urinate two hours prior to the test, and I did use first pass urine, but the whole “do not wipe your genital” thing is really throwing me off. Like I mentioned before, I did not wipe my genital with soap or water or anything like that, but I may have wiped off discharge with my boxers. I feel like this would happen to most men doing this test as they need to hold their penis to urinate into the cup.
But if I am busy, I may forget, and then its even harder to start to pass the urine. And it comes out in concentrated color as well.
I now slowly feel that I am losing sense of when I need to pass stool as well.
I got MRI and ultrasound (both normal), and doctor feels that problem is psychological.
But I think that I have worms, or some other parasite in my large intestine, that makes gas and enlarges the intestine, that it blocks signals from the bladder or other muscles.
We are unable to respond to urine test questions.
It feels uncomfortable and as if I need to pass urine all the time. This is a constant problem which is there 24/7 there is no relief what so ever!.
I've had 2 STI tests, 1 dip test, 1 urine test, 1 diabetes test, kidney checks, bladder checks and all have come back negative. I've been to see a urologist and he's given me some antibiotics for a UTI but they are having no effect what so ever.
Do you think this could be cystitis, or some weird STI that they don't test for?
I've been going to a pain clinic for 2 years,for the last 5 times I have been given a urine tast .I've nothing to hide,but I had to pay 437.00 for the last test.As I am on disability and it is getting expensive.Last time I had to go in for a stimulator check they wanted me to take another urine test.I think that they are ripping me off.
When they test for M'done in urine (at least on a clinic) they test for it's metabolite (called EDDP for short) & it's ratio to creatinine levels,
There is a drug called Bentyl (Dicycloverine) prescribed for IBS that can potentially cause a false positive. There may be others too. It also depends on how good the lab is that is doing the testing. Sometimes there's sloppy work or cross-contamination, particularly in the 'collection' phase.
I'd request a retest.
