4) I noticed from many previous post by stef2011 that chronic Hep B patient tends to have low cholesterol and vitamin D deficiency due to the virus mechanism of replicating. Is there a way to resolve this? Should I take vitamin D3 pills? safe dose for vitamin D3? 1000 I.U daily should be ok?
5) Also notice my belly starting to build up some fluids, although not big. Is this due to my recent diet change? I drink a lot of milk, almost 2-4 glass daily.
t able to recall what the doctor told me, whether to change the schedule of taking Truvada (instead of morning, I should take it at night) or stick to my schedule of 7am (even though I was able to take another one last night, making it only 12 hrs apart instead of 24). So I just took again one Truvada this morning. Would there be an adverse effect on my body because of taking 3 tablets of Truvada with only 12 hrs interval? Please advise on what to do. Thanks.
I am worried about the side effects of the medicaments I am taking Kaletra (4 each day) + Truvada (1 each day). Im having nauseas and diarrhea and had pale stool despite i was completely healthy before this.
Do you think I should take just the Truvada? Could the cut or the total stop of treatment lead to resistance if I finally have HIV?

No rash but a had fever two weeks ago which lasted a couple of days. I had taken truvada for one month up until the most recent test 4 days ago. The test came back negative today at 28 days, plus test was negative at 21 days, both duo tests.
My question is about the negative result from this recent duo HIV test (28 days) and whether it has any more significance since the test at 21 days test, bearing in mind I had taken Truvada for a month.
After 192 weeks of treatment, 55% of patients treated with just tenofovir and 76% of patients treated with the combination Truvada pill had nearly undetectable HBV DNA levels (less than 69 IU/mL). None of the patients developed drug resistance.
