re having trouble keeping your prenatal pill down, try taking it right after a meal, or at a different time of day. My first
pregnancy, it made me
throw up if I took it on an empty stomache, and even then it made me a bit queezy. So, I took it with supper, if I ate kinda late, or had a little bedtime snack and took it then. That way if you start feeling crummy you can hit the hay, and hopefully that will help.
