I joined a gym for this and the trainer told me that I would get them…but NOOOO!! 627086 tn?1223182482 Something that really helped me quit once was not only effective, but free (aasuming you still have some cigs) - the last night you plan to smoke, light a couple of smokes, and put each one out when it is half gone. Then the next day, when you quit, and feel the urge to smoke or get stressed, take one out and hold it in your hand like you are smoking. You can even puff on it, there will be some residual smoke taste. Just don't light it!

Avatar f tn People aren't the same, so we can't really give you a diet plan, though some on here will try. I mean, the basic stuff is easy to say but hard for you to do, which is to eat less and move more and change what you eat, but it sounds like you've had a problem doing that.

But focus on your diet to get rid of stubborn belly fat. Cardio will also help shed the excess fat. Try walking on an incline for 20 mins, then build to jogging intervals for 20.

Avatar n tn Start shopping at The Whole Foods Market. They have lots of foods that you can eat that do not have these items in them. My diet is even more strict that this one and I have no problem finding foods to eat every day. You just have to get used to eating healthy. Steel cut oats for breakfast, sandwiches made on wheat-free bread for lunch, and stir-fried vegetables over brown rice for dinner. Fresh fruit for dessert. Get it?
Avatar m tn Just eat normal... eat healthy. Honey and green tea are great. Fruit juices are great too. I try to avoid salt in my foods as well, but can't always do so. I end up getting out for dinner a lot so I try to order what has the least amount of salt. There's not actual "diet plan" for you to follow, just eat clean and smart. I tend to include a lot of fruits and veggies in my diet. It helps!
