The glands in my neck (under my jaw) have been swollen for about 4 months now. They have never really hurt. But i've been getting sick (mainly just symptoms of a cold. Runny nose, post nasal drip or a headache a few times. And once i had a sore throat) off and on the whole time. Though, when i do get better i still have mucus that i'm hawking up throughout the day (its usually clear or bright yellow).
no sign of bite, no center as in a boil, just generalized pink blotchy look, but whole left jaw is still swollen and somewhat painful. the skin is not swollen and red like a bite or boil might be. it's more like under the skin. no clue what could have brought it on. any idea what this is? should we see a doctor? it's not changing much at this point (3 days). thank you!
My daughter is 17 months. I noticed around Thanksgiving that her jaw has been swollen and with this swollen jaw she has been having a fever. It has been going on now since then but it has been an on and of thing. It might be swollen for a couple of says and then it will go down. Can any tell me what this means.
Tonight I noticed there were swellings under each side of her jaw. She is eating well and appears to be putting on weight. I am giving her the prescribed vitamins twice a day and she rests often as he told me. Is there reason to be concerned about the swollen glands? Should I take her back to the vet before the next visit 10/15?
m not sure, I read that submandibular salivary glands are the size of walnut and lie right below the jaw on each side, is this true? In addition these are my test.

I was able to track down the csw and had her take a home access HIV test 10.5 weeks post exposure and it was also NEGATIVE.
they dont pain and hurt at all, they are only found under your jaw and armpit and groin area. if they are swellling, they are easily felt and seen, so dont search for them.
i had the same fears of my nodes, i found one under my armpit, was like 2-3 cms big and like a hill. imagine how i felt when i saw it, i ran to my doctor and i had ultra sound for it, it was a MUSCLE that was broken with me long time ago when i was practicing. so dont look for them.
My glands in my neck (just under jaw bone and down side of neck) have had a dull ache for the last week or so. i havent acquired a sore throat and feel fine in myself although sometime have had headaches as well.
Today the right side of my groin has started a dull ache as well...could these be connected due to the glands in the areas...
no other glands appear to aching (armpit and stomach)

I, at the time, had a small ulcer or bite on the inside of my cheek.
Last night I put on a hooded jumper and felt a pain under the right side of my jaw. upon feeling it noticed a swollen and quite painful gland.
I went to sleep and woke up with it quite a lot more swollen, and also two or three quite heavily swollen and sore on the left side as well.
do the bumps on your tounge have white circles or outlines around them. Have your swollen lymph glands under your neck resolved themselves or are they still kill you. Since then, I have experienced moving discomfort from my left ear, to the angle of my jaw on the left side, and now stiffness / general discomfort in my neck under my jaw. My throat is pink, but tonsils are swollen. The left side of my tonsil wall is wavy, instead of the normal smooth. The top of one of the "waves" on the left side has a small white crest that looks like a cancor sore.
The first nurse told me that I had Tonsillitis and to try to find some anti-biotics.

Any ways fast forward to spring 2016 I noticed I had one tonsil larger than the other and some swollen glands under my jaw near this tonsil but not on the other side. I waited it out and then caught a BAD case of Tonsilitus on both tonsils and then in summer of this year I caught two mild cases of Tonsilitus again but only on my left side.
since then she has developed sores in mouth like canker sores, she is cutting molers and dentist said mouth not large enough to support new teeth so they are acting like braces. glands along jaw line are swollen and hard both sides but not on top of jaw like mumps. tylenol and ibuprofen are not working. she is going to doctor this afternoon different one. she is not eating or drinking much.
For the past week, my neck is tight under my ears and jaw and under my armpits. Today I noticed the gland in my right groin is rock hard and the size of a large pea. I cannot feel the left groin gland. It does not hurt to touch but it makes it uncomfortable to sit and have some minor testicular pain. I have been having night sweats on and off since July.
To top it off, I am married. My wife has not had any symptoms but I am afraid I gave her something. Please help.
