My wife had an infected tooth and now she has a swollen gland under her jaw bone. Any ideas?

Hi, I'm new to all this posting so excuse me if it doesn't make sense, I'm a 28yr old female and I've been suffering from swollen glands which is tender and slightly painful sometimes but not all the time in my neck for over a month now, but also my jaw and ears and behind my ears but no sore throat my doctor is sending me for blood tests but also advised me to see a dentist, I'm starting to worry it could something serious as I like to panic And over think think things since

hI; are the swollen glands behind the ears on each side of the neck? or you mentioned cheeks. If so it could be TMJ but if behind your ears it could also be your salivary glands. See, if they become swollen more often. mention it to your doctor. There is a disease of the salivary glands call sjogrens syndrome. I pray you do not have that.

since then she has developed sores in mouth like canker sores, she is cutting molers and dentist said mouth not large enough to support new teeth so they are acting like braces. glands along jaw line are swollen and hard both sides but not on top of jaw like mumps. tylenol and ibuprofen are not working. she is going to doctor this afternoon different one. she is not eating or drinking much.

hello doctors, my lymph node are swollen and its painful my its just my two glands in my jaw in one side only. thats the only thing i feel. no other symptoms. is it possible im risk to have hiv?

She is not having any trouble drinking, eating or barking and is acting normal and is not squirming when we are feeling her neck to check the glands. This morning she is still swollen and I gave her another dose of benedryl but I am not sure what this could be caused by.
