I have opted to skip a few days between the smoothies to see if there is a difference in my stool and yes, today, that are somewhat (minor) more consistent and compacted. HELP. Should I be worried?

Avatar m tn If you have current labs you could post, that would be helpful for us. Be sure to include reference ranges, which vary lab to lab and have to come from your own report. If your thyroid levels are adequate for you, and you still don't lose weight, you should take a look at insulin resistance and/or metabolic syndrome. Typically, a diet with lots of protein, veggies, healthy fats, low fat dairy, etc will be sufficient to help you lose weight as long as you keep portions in check.
397118 tn?1219762250 Hi Galdy, I would try the amino acids. I don't know how long it takes for the Lexapro to leave your body. But in the meantime exercise, eat right and take regular vitamims. Hopefully someone can tell you so you can take some of the stuff that can't be used with anti depressants. Good luck it will get better!
Avatar n tn I also agree that a good diet is a must, not just for us but for everyone. I take in a gel cap form.....4,000 IU vit D......vit C & E.....Flax Oil......Milk Thistle. For some reason it seems to me that a gel cap will disolve before it gets flushed. I also take calcium 2x (hysterectomy at 40).....magnesium......acidophollis......B complex......red rice yeast Disclaimer.....this is what I, MYSELF, ME take. I am not recommending my regimen but it is what I take.
