to include reference ranges, which vary lab
to lab and have to come from your own report.
If your thyroid levels are adequate for you, and you still don't lose weight, you should take a look at insulin resistance and/or metabolic syndrome.
Typically, a diet with lots of protein, veggies, healthy fats, low fat dairy, etc will be sufficient to help you lose weight as long as you keep portions in check.
