At your age, you probably won't have that problem, but as we age, we get loose skin whether we're losing weight or not. Better to lose it now than later. I would imagine that if you incorporate resistance training in your exercise regimen you can work on that, but know that once you do resistance training and gain muscle, you have to maintain it or it will turn into loose skin. Look.

Avatar m tn Drugs are not the best idea. The effective ones are uppers that can turn you into a nervous wreck. If your diet is healthy just cut back on everything across-the-board. If you drink sodas and bottled fruit juices, cut them out. Make sure you sleep enough. If you don't it will be harder to lose weight. Exercise, but not when you are tired.

Incorporate lots of fresh fruits and veggies into your diet with plenty of H20. Baking soda and apple cider vinegar help neutralize the acid levels in your stomach.
