my old OB/GYN from years ago would Rx these, and i went and got a script for phentermine. but there was no nutritional guidance/counseling or anything like that. just 1 month supply then a follow up visit for when you ran out. and yes it can raise your blood pressure. in my opinion, these pills might have worked better if there was more support instead of just getting weighed, have my vitals taken and then i'm out the door with a Rx in my hand.

What are you trying to accomplish with the B12? If you have pernicious anemia, which is a B12 deficiency, you will need shots. If you are trying to lose weight with B12, I'd suggest you save your money because B12 is not a weight loss aid...........

Looks to me like perhaps your earlier Rx was from an optometrist that uses the negative cylinder format and your new Rx was from an ophthalmologist that uses the positive cylinder format. There is online conversion calculators that can convert between the two formats. If this is the case, the axis changes 90 degrees between the two formats for example.
