Yes, I remember anemia causing symptoms like that. My
weight was very low, so I lots of vitamin deficiencies. I also had weird thoughts from taking a prescription. I did not find antidepressants helpful. They caused apathy, which is not much different from depression. You need to improve your nutrition and increase fun activities. Try making green smoothies with fruit/berries, spinach or kelp, ground flax seed, avocado, and other superfoods.
