Avatar f tn So I'm starting to think I am becoming lactose intolerant during my pregnancy. I'm 30 weeks tomorrow (yayyy) and every time I have cereal in the morning about 1 hour later u start getting really bad poop pains (tmi) and end up having diarrhea. I never really had much of a problem with dairy but milk really hates me right now. Is it possible to become lactose while pregnant? Anyone else having this issue?
Avatar f tn Plenty of women do fast during pregnancy. I would speak to a nutritionist to ensure baby and you stay healthy during the fast.
Avatar f tn I've been taking Rainbow Light Complete Prenatal System since a month before getting pregnant & I'm currently 31 weeks. I really really like these prenatals. All natural from plant based foods & super foods. Never once have I been sick from these prenatals. I 100% recommend them!
Avatar n tn I wish I had the tips from the post above. I have had a lot of pain with my pregnancy with a growing fibroid on super feed and like little to no drive. I also ended up around 24-30 weeks being super duper dry (which was a first ever for me). I do know it's all normal. My hubby has given oral which was better for me during the more uncomfortable times. Keep the lines of communication open with your partner and keep your dr/midwife involved in the knowledge of pain.
Avatar f tn and I am wondering what food should I avoid to during pregnancy and what food should I go for it? What is healthier?
Avatar f tn We don't have a thermometer in our house but I think I had a fever yesterday. My throat hurt super bad, I couldn't breath, I was extra sleepy. I was super cold. I had goosebumps and I shivered nonstop no matter what clothes I had on. And I started to get those ping like aches which I only get if I have a fever. I feel mostly better today. However I was pretty sure my doctor had mentioned fevers being bad. I didn't think about it until this morning. Do I need to go to a doctor?
Avatar n tn I am 23 weeks and been dealing with this my entire pregnancy. Get up slow in the morning. Eat a cracker before you move and try tiny meals whenever possible. I've lost 30 pounds since first getting pregnant. No meds or anything else helped.

Avatar f tn s been put off the table like fish rich in mercury, raw eggs etc we have to stay away from the unsafe food during pregnancy) but other than that if ur tummy can handle it by all means eat spicy :) but make sure u are eating all the nutrients and minerals necessary as well.
Avatar f tn I was exhausted my first trimester. It was ridiculous. I'd sleep 8-10 hours at night and need a 3 hour nap during the day- and still had no energy during the day. I'm almost 34 and 21 weeks along. I really notice a difference in the fatigue from my first two pregnancies in my 20's. I just try and nap when I can. I try to fit in a bit of exercise to help boost energy levels. There's not much more you can do but give in!
Avatar f tn I was wondering if anyone had experience with conduct problems with their children after having used during pregnancy. It is not confirmed but my daughter seems to have a mild to moderate form of oppositional defiance disorder. If you are unfamiliar it is where she is constantly argumentative, likes to annoy you and authority figures(not sure why), is angry, resentful and in general is difficult and likes to do the exact opposite of what she is told.
Avatar f tn No raw meats or fish. Anything that is a risk of food poisening as it can cause misscairage especially during the first trimester.
