I just need some stress relief techniques i've tried walking, talking to friends but none of its working it just leads to me feeling depressed for some time. Mind you i've picked up on my bad habit of smoking cigarettes but not a whole cig or not that often but it makes me feel like crap so I need something else beside the just breathe technique.

Sometimes you're forced to work with people who are not good for you etc. My job can be very stressful, but I can't just quit. Plus having kids can be stressful, especially little kids who don't understand, and what can you do? That's just being a parent. Also like you say, I'm really sensitive and it's hard. Also I had very rough last two months in terms of mental stress and additional alcohol. Would that have been a reason for the spike. I have now quit both smoking and drinking and hitting the gym along with diet control program. I read in a lot of BP blogs that the natural way of controlling BP is to reduce weight and alter the diet.

I plan on going to my GP for a physical but my last physical 7 months ago showed normal bloodwork etc. and I am not fatigued, or under the weather, just the stiffness, speech, twitches (but I saw a neurologist and everything was normal). Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
