I also today got a numbness/ tingling feeling in my left arm ( which I still have and its been about 1hr) and tightness in my chest( that went away). Im starting to get worried. What can this be?

My primary doctor is crazy and I'm going to change him tomorrow but it takes about a month to take effect. A couple of weeks before that I had a persistent headache and nausea that lasted for about 7 days. About a month ago I was abroad in Japan.
I've had a severe, persistent headache for five weeks. The symptoms are bizarre. It started as a cap of pain at the top of my head, sometimes squeezing, sometimes pressure, then burning and tingling. It then spread to the rest of my head, sometimes on one side, sometimes the other. Sometimes back at the top, sometimes at the back, or behind the ears. My ears hurt off and on, and I have intermittent tingling in the right side of my face and in my lower legs.
The sensation of something squeezing the head can be due to tension or cluster headache or due to migraine. Stress and anxiety can be another cause. It can also be due to TMJ, high blood pressure or due to brain tumors (this causes other neurological pressure symptoms such as numbness, tingling, vomiting etc). i been haveing the samething cramps in my legs tingles in my feet and arms i get them in my legs i get thm throughout the body to do u feel like you may be stress out thinking about it that something can be wrong it could be stress me myself cant belive when the doctors say it could be anxiety because the way i feel but maybe it could just be that do u have a family doctor tell them its not working you are still having the symtoms and your scared maybe they can give you more test
Was sitting at my computer and started having a headache , then the fingers in both hands started tingling. Went to lie down, but it took quite a while before tingling finally stopped. was wondering why this is happening. had whiplash many years ago, and having physio every couple of months.

Still working on neck strengthening. I am under a ton of stress, and my neck and shoulders are taking the brunt of it. Today, I'm getting tingling hands and sluggish arms.
Should I have concerns that something worse is going on or just chalk it up to stress and inflammation?

I was tested for diabetes cause one night I was on my computer and then all of the sudden, my head like fell and when I looked back up The room was spinning, and my arms were tingling from my elbows down. I had a really bad headache for 8 days preceeding that, that any over the counter meds would not even remotely help. After that episode, the headache finally went away.
I thought I had some kind of stroke but, the doc said no.
After lots of testing they came to the conclusion of migraine although I never had a headache I had continued problem for about 3 years. In the last 2 mon I have started having extreamly bad headaches all on the left side of my head, sometimes I don't even have a headache I can just feel lots of presure and the side of my face feels numb but I still have proper movment of my eyes mouth and ect. Over the last few days my left eye has been twitching non stop along with the presure in my head.
I'm 22 years of age, female. since my primary school years i had suffered from headache and until now. its a mix of all these headaches, sensitive to light, odours, clusters with dizziness and now when i have headache my eyes get bloated with black marks on them and sometimes vomits. im not taking any concraceptives, i was told to cut dairy products and alcohol. i've done that but still it doesn't work.
I have experienced something like that but more severe, I had went to Children's Nationwide Hospital in Ohio, it took two neurologists to figure out what is wrong, which they never figured out why so I went to their eye clinic, eyes are good, went to OSU hospital the Neuro opto couldn't figure out why, had an mri at Children's everything came back clear, I got less unfortunate because nobody knows why I have headaches/migraines daily so I have to suffer but medication can cause heada

Sorry this is complicated. 2 days ago I developed a headache in the morning on the right side at back of head. I had a weird morning, i was ill in bed anyway and suddenly felt like i was awake but couldnt open my eyes, I then slept for a couple of hours and had extremely weird random dreams. In the afternoon head seemed lot better but my right arm suddenly went all heavy and like i couldnt move it and started getting tingling down my right arm/into hand.
For the past almost week now, I've had a cold feeling on my forehead and sometimes on the top and back of my head and sometimes it will move to the sides where my temples are as well. It feels as if an ice cold rag is laid on my head. Sometimes it will feel like it's tingling too. At first I tried to ignore it, but it just wont go away. When it first started it would only happen once a day, but today was the first day that it had been going on all day and will not stop.

Hello I am a 38 year old male, I had in incident where I suddenly began to feel a little woozy like I were going to faint, following that I began to feel a tingling sensation in my upper boddy, arms and chest that went on for about 30 min I began walking and ate something. Then it started to fade away but I started to feel a headache finaly I was left feeling a little disoriented like I had just fainted or something but I didnt.

Hi About a month ago I started having eye twitches, and started itching all over my body, and just in the last couple of days my face started to feel tingly/numb. I was wondering if this could all be related to eachother. I also have been under a lot of stress but don't want to just assume it is that.
It started as a general feeling of my teeth not fitting together properly. When I closed my jaw, my teeth didn't fit comfortably, as if my jaw had shifted. There was more pressure on my right side. Then, I noticed one night that I was grinding my teeth in my sleep. Not sure if this has reoccurred. Since then, I've been waking up with a dull head ache, and the feeling of misalignment has been constantly bothering me. I would clench my teeth during the day.
