I could be wrong here, but I am thinking that with proper help from the parents and grandparents, she should be ok. Some children depending on the amount of time and energy put into teaching can be 3 before they are able to talk non-gibberish. What you can do is get a couple of learning toys (they have tons of them) and try to teach her speech.

guess its because he is so affectionate and a little different than the others. when he talks it sounds like he is from the north due to his speech. has a great vocabulary, just some of his sounds r off, but when u correct him, he can pronounce the words right and he catches his self at times doing it. could you please help me to understand this more like his behavior, could it be autism, add/adhd, or more severe?

I am a 19-year-old girl who has been experiencing trouble when finding words. It started 4 years ago, sometimes I could not remember the name of a specific word or I would remember the first letter of the world but not the entire word. I didn't really think much of it as it was not that frequent. But as of lately, it has been getting worse. For example, the other day, I could not remember the word "dishwasher" and I had to describe it instead.
