My other fav singer like from today is Chris Brown i dont know why he just very good looking and i love his voice he sure can sing!!
It's 8 in the morning and I did not take the Sonata last nite. A little jittery but not much. I think I will leave off all of it l off and see how it goes.

Very complicated stuff.
They would have refill dicflonac, sonata came in nx Monday 12/27 and percocet nx Thur 12/30. I was concern myself cause dicflonac and percocet are both pain medication and my routine pharmacist questioned me so I decided to wait. I realized now how ambien and sonata could conflict but the surgeon didn't give me any refills but the pharmacist didn't mention any of this so I doubt doctor shopping is the reason. Everything just seem so weird or lack of communication.
I've had tremendous improvement in energy with changes in diet. I've eliminated all sugar and processed foods. I make my own juice with organic veggies, and I eat a lot of fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, and fish. At first it was hard, because it didn't even have the energy to cut up a melon, much less make my own juice, but it has made a big difference in my energy. During the day, when I get sluggish and foggy, I eat fruit. I also put on some fun music and stretch.
I have taken 3 a day for that period and I am trying to wean myself off. I am scared to death... I can feel the anxiety and and depression already starting in.. I dont know if it is because I know what to expect or what. This week I also had another blow to my heart and emotions.. My 17 year old daugher moved out with a 25 year old man...
I've become absolutly engrossed in music In my last 5 months clean. But it doesn't make me think of my pills. Some songs make me feel guilt of the things i had done,some caused grief in the things I've missed out on,some cause love because they remind me of my husband,some cause sadness because they remind me of someone I lost but didn't have the emotions at the time to grieve for them because I was high. The music makes me hate the pills more but never love them.
Take him if it seems to be to loud then leave it maybe sit in the hall where it's not as loud! I'm not sure where ur from n the weather but there will b a lot of petiole there higher chance of him getting sick if there is sick people there, where I live the weather is changing n everyone is sick so I'd keep my new born in but it culd b totally different where u live.
You certainly enjoy Steve Vai. Do you remember the movie "Crossroads" where he was the musician playing for the devil in a dual for someone's soul? Good film.
I went to see Joe Satriani at Massey Hall back in the late 80's and I was really impressed by his ability to perform in the "classical" guitar style. Do you have any footage of that concert, by chance?
