First off practice a breathing technique this will help lower your blood pressure
in moments of anxiety and help you sleep better at night. Take
in a deep breath for 4 counts, hold it for 4 counts, and release it slowly for 8 counts. Relax for a few seconds breathe normally.. then repeat the technique giving yourself breaks in between. Im a stressed out ftm dealing with a demanding school schedule, a needy husband, and of course a fair share of family drama and financial issues.
