It sounds more like the Sonata is causing this, unless this is something you've been taking for awhile, as these are common side effects of it. I doubt the B complex is causing the problem, but I wonder, when are taking it and when are you taking Sam-e?

re not addictive such as melatonin or herbs or homeopathy -- much gentler than drugs, though nothing is consequence-free, Keep in mind that doctors in general are ignorant of the drugs they prescribe and completely oblivious to their more unpalatable consequences -- they're taught by pharmaceutical companies, and it;s bad for business to admit you might harm someone and bad for the emotional state required to go on as well. Very complicated stuff.
They would have refill dicflonac, sonata came in nx Monday 12/27 and percocet nx Thur 12/30. I was concern myself cause dicflonac and percocet are both pain medication and my routine pharmacist questioned me so I decided to wait. I realized now how ambien and sonata could conflict but the surgeon didn't give me any refills but the pharmacist didn't mention any of this so I doubt doctor shopping is the reason. Everything just seem so weird or lack of communication.
I have minor pain near my chest ride under my right shoulder. I don't really know how to describe it, it is not chest burn, but it feels like a slight tug? I feel it every time I laugh, raise my voice, or inhale very deeply.
I get up and do something quietly in another part of the house so I do not disturb anyone else. I read or balance the check book, or put in a load of clothes in the washer. Or go online and e-mail my friends and relatives. I have the freedom of going back to bed later when I am able to fall asleep. My life has changed and will not be as it was before. I can't have that life back. So I try to adapt and accept the circumstances of this one.

Why do you ask about a 10 year old echcardio now? Do you have some heart symptoms that make you look back? Your doctor must have had a reason to prescribe the echo, what were his conclusions?

Here in ky they just have to be in the back seat. But I am putting the infant seat with base in the middle, my daughters booster (3 in 1seat) on passenger side and my sons (5) regular booster on driver side that way I can just take it out super quick when getting baby in and out. I am week 14 dont sleep more than 4 hours in one night day time eyes wont shut physicall drained so very tired. I was given ambien at week 9 or so It is 10 milgram. I am at point i feel liek i am so wek even though I eat and drink

To top this off, I am a very light sleeper and have to use earplugs and white noise in order to fall asleep. My doc gave me Seroquel and it works great, have been on it for about 7-8 years. I do not take it every night because of the weight gain. I also take over the counter stuff when I dont take my seroquel. I was diagnosed with Arnold Chiari malformation about 3 years and had surgery to help treat it. I get really bad migraines from my chiari, especially if i cant get enough of sleep.

Suppose to get my period on July 27 did 4 pregnancy test all negative I been feeling mood swing a lot of hot flashes depends on what I eat feeling a minor nauseous if I eat salad don't feel a thing. I've notice that I pee I see like very minor dry blood but very minor that I even thought I was going to start spotting because I was going to get my period but nothing we are on the 29 today and still the same. I've been regular don't know if may be my cycle is changing.
my dr just put me on sonata for sleep and i am being treated for add w/ritalin,lamictal for bpd,wellbrutrin depression, and nerourotin for nerve pain and a few days ago i started grinding my teeth together, looks like i am chewing gum all the time and i also am making grunting sounds.
It seems that every time I stop taking ambien for a few days and I'm feeling side effects. When I wake up my head is killing me, my kidneys are killing me, and I can't stop sudden movement. I have tried to stop several times though my doctors and with therapy but its like nothing works. I try to stick with it but if I have to deal with worst side effects. I can't believe I've been in this mess since '09 and I'm taking too many to even my prescriptions out.
