It sounds more like the Sonata is causing this, unless this is something you've been taking for awhile, as these are common side effects of it. I doubt the B complex is causing the problem, but I wonder, when are taking it and when are you taking Sam-e?

Thing is, at 13, stuff is changing. (Breasts that used to be soft and flat are now sore and feel harder, etc.) It's possible what you're feeling is normal. It could also be an ingrown hair. Do you have a good family doctor that you trust? Do you think your mom would take you to an ob-gyn (doctor specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, the kind who does pap smears and other things) if you asked?
re not addictive such as melatonin or herbs or homeopathy -- much gentler than drugs, though nothing is consequence-free, Keep in mind that doctors in general are ignorant of the drugs they prescribe and completely oblivious to their more unpalatable consequences -- they're taught by pharmaceutical companies, and it;s bad for business to admit you might harm someone and bad for the emotional state required to go on as well. Very complicated stuff.
They would have refill dicflonac, sonata came in nx Monday 12/27 and percocet nx Thur 12/30. I was concern myself cause dicflonac and percocet are both pain medication and my routine pharmacist questioned me so I decided to wait. I realized now how ambien and sonata could conflict but the surgeon didn't give me any refills but the pharmacist didn't mention any of this so I doubt doctor shopping is the reason. Everything just seem so weird or lack of communication.

Could you be pregnant? I'm sure they ruled that out. But hormones can cause this and I know you were tracking your period to see and it is still ongoing but your hormones are still circulating, so that is still a possibility.
Anybody ever experienced random headache just by sitting in a/c?? I'm 11 wks, nd spent the day at Chuck e cheese for my son's bday nd out of now where my head starts pounding nd hasn't gone away. I've eaten, nd drank lots of water but still...no comfort.
I get up and do something quietly in another part of the house so I do not disturb anyone else. I read or balance the check book, or put in a load of clothes in the washer. Or go online and e-mail my friends and relatives. I have the freedom of going back to bed later when I am able to fall asleep. My life has changed and will not be as it was before. I can't have that life back. So I try to adapt and accept the circumstances of this one.
I have had 4 surgeries in the last year and several prior. I just noticed my stool has been coming out flat. I use it regularly every morning, however its a struggle. Should this be a concern.

About 1 in 7 people will develop a headache from the LP - this is due to the decrease in spinal fluid. Your body replenishes it and this is not normally a major problem. Some of the people here who had problems with their LP will certainly chime in and share some tips you.
Here's hoping you don't have MS, but please remember there are alot worse things that could be wrong. MS is fairly manageable for most of us. Take care and stay in touch.
Med Help sent me an e mail asking me to rate you guys on your responses to my questions. I was asked to pick someone for a best answer, I can't they are all very good. So like I do when asking a question I will thank all who responded to my concerns.
Go to a&e and they should do a blood test. I've misscarried 5 times. I'm 9-10 weeks at the moment and spotted at around 6 weeks but only for a couple of days and wasn't what I would call blood. If it is red blood then go to a&e to be sure otherwise you will only worry yourself sick.
