It's 8 in the morning and I did not take the Sonata last nite. A little jittery but not much. I think I will leave off all of it l off and see how it goes.
Not much can be worse than the constant jitters.

Has anyone heard that there is a disease that some IBS patients have (that they are misdiagnosed with IBS) but it is actually a little known disease/syndrome/condition which causes the symptions of IBS but upon further research the patient is found to be lacking in several major vitamins...D,K,C,Iron, etc....... There is suppose to be some type of breath test. I have had IBS for 30 years. Major constipation.
re not addictive such as melatonin or herbs or homeopathy -- much gentler than drugs, though nothing is consequence-free, Keep in mind that doctors in general are ignorant of the drugs they prescribe and completely oblivious to their more unpalatable consequences -- they're taught by pharmaceutical companies, and it;s bad for business to admit you might harm someone and bad for the emotional state required to go on as well. Very complicated stuff.
I have taken 3 a day for that period and I am trying to wean myself off. I am scared to death... I can feel the anxiety and and depression already starting in.. I dont know if it is because I know what to expect or what. This week I also had another blow to my heart and emotions.. My 17 year old daugher moved out with a 25 year old man...
The malaise and sleep issues were killing me. I held a few (very old) pills in reserve if things got too bad. I took around 15mg which probably only had the strength of around 10-12 yesterday because work demands were tough and I had to focus.
Having done the half life calcs of how much was in my system yesterday I was below 1 mg.
Talk to me my friend... am I going to have to go through the same level of withdrawals again. I really scared about this.
They would have refill dicflonac, sonata came in nx Monday 12/27 and percocet nx Thur 12/30. I was concern myself cause dicflonac and percocet are both pain medication and my routine pharmacist questioned me so I decided to wait. I realized now how ambien and sonata could conflict but the surgeon didn't give me any refills but the pharmacist didn't mention any of this so I doubt doctor shopping is the reason. Everything just seem so weird or lack of communication.

I used it for several months during w/d from hydros and then I had major problems from using the Ambien as prescribed NEVER abused it. It has taken me months to get over it. My sleep is just now returning to normal the ambien does more harm than good in the long run. I know it is awful to go without sleep and that the over the counter meds don't help when w/d from hydros or norcos but be very careful with the ambien. Should never be used more than 7-10days per Ambien website...
m not good in maths, but there are some calculus you can do to be able to give to your cat K/D or other renal food mixed with normal (or other specific food).
The aim is: the cat mustn't loose weight.
You give to your cat:
a) 40g or 40ml a day
b) 60g or 60ml a day
c) 100g a day
d) 156g a day

I had slight cramps but nothing major so I laid down and went to sleep. I woke up at about 11pm in so much pain i was crying to my mom. So I waited 30 minutes to see if they would die down. They didn't so we arrive at the hospital around 12 and I haven't dilated any further but my contractions are growing very strong and are about 2-3 minutes apart. Hopefully I get to see my little boy soon!!! Wish me luck. And pray they don't send me home.
s vitamin D is abysmal. Many people find that D has to be well up in the range to feel well. D deficiency can mimic some hypo symptoms. Has your doctor suggested supplementing D? I'm sure you're aware that the sun converts something in our bodies to vitamin D. That "something" is cholesterol. I know it's not easy, especially this time of year, but perhaps getting out in the sun for a while every day would address both problems.
