It's 8 in the morning and I did not take the Sonata last nite. A little jittery but not much. I think I will leave off all of it l off and see how it goes.
Not much can be worse than the constant jitters.
re not addictive such as melatonin or herbs or homeopathy -- much gentler than drugs, though nothing is consequence-free, Keep in mind that doctors in general are ignorant of the drugs they prescribe and completely oblivious to their more unpalatable consequences -- they're taught by pharmaceutical companies, and it;s bad for business to admit you might harm someone and bad for the emotional state required to go on as well. Very complicated stuff.
I have taken 3 a day for that period and I am trying to wean myself off. I am scared to death... I can feel the anxiety and and depression already starting in.. I dont know if it is because I know what to expect or what. This week I also had another blow to my heart and emotions.. My 17 year old daugher moved out with a 25 year old man...
They would have refill dicflonac, sonata came in nx Monday 12/27 and percocet nx Thur 12/30. I was concern myself cause dicflonac and percocet are both pain medication and my routine pharmacist questioned me so I decided to wait. I realized now how ambien and sonata could conflict but the surgeon didn't give me any refills but the pharmacist didn't mention any of this so I doubt doctor shopping is the reason. Everything just seem so weird or lack of communication.
I used it for several months during w/d from hydros and then I had major problems from using the Ambien as prescribed NEVER abused it. It has taken me months to get over it. My sleep is just now returning to normal the ambien does more harm than good in the long run. I know it is awful to go without sleep and that the over the counter meds don't help when w/d from hydros or norcos but be very careful with the ambien. Should never be used more than 7-10days per Ambien website...
I had slight cramps but nothing major so I laid down and went to sleep. I woke up at about 11pm in so much pain i was crying to my mom. So I waited 30 minutes to see if they would die down. They didn't so we arrive at the hospital around 12 and I haven't dilated any further but my contractions are growing very strong and are about 2-3 minutes apart. Hopefully I get to see my little boy soon!!! Wish me luck. And pray they don't send me home.
Me and my wife made a decision to get me on a short life narc, get off the Sub, stay on narc for a week, then wean down and just go thru w./d either at home or in detox for the narc. This would NOT bypass the bad PAWS, but it would get me thru the BAD 10 days or more of the detox from Sub, This is exactly how they do it in the rehabs that get people OFF Sub. So I called the ONLY person I knew who could possibly get me a short acting narc that would "match" the Sub.
Here in ky they just have to be in the back seat. But I am putting the infant seat with base in the middle, my daughters booster (3 in 1seat) on passenger side and my sons (5) regular booster on driver side that way I can just take it out super quick when getting baby in and out. I have an 05 impala and it works.
To top this off, I am a very light sleeper and have to use earplugs and white noise in order to fall asleep. My doc gave me Seroquel and it works great, have been on it for about 7-8 years. I do not take it every night because of the weight gain. I also take over the counter stuff when I dont take my seroquel. I was diagnosed with Arnold Chiari malformation about 3 years and had surgery to help treat it. I get really bad migraines from my chiari, especially if i cant get enough of sleep.
Mine is Celtic music for some reason the baby loves it and kicks when I play it lol
Has anyone had any luck with using vitamin d for depression and anxiety? I've been on medication for a while now and was just wondering if their was anything that would help with depression that wouldn't have such bothersome side effects.
my dr just put me on sonata for sleep and i am being treated for add w/ritalin,lamictal for bpd,wellbrutrin depression, and nerourotin for nerve pain and a few days ago i started grinding my teeth together, looks like i am chewing gum all the time and i also am making grunting sounds.
It seems that every time I stop taking ambien for a few days and I'm feeling side effects. When I wake up my head is killing me, my kidneys are killing me, and I can't stop sudden movement. I have tried to stop several times though my doctors and with therapy but its like nothing works. I try to stick with it but if I have to deal with worst side effects. I can't believe I've been in this mess since '09 and I'm taking too many to even my prescriptions out.
