Thank you Teak, but I checked on net that Myanmar is a HIV high risk area and the gap between my nail bottom and skin is quite deep... With needle I can lift the skin and see the red flesh...Now 8 days past, I feel queasiness and there are something like seborrheic dermatitis on my face....I am so nervous. My physical symptoms have also lessened considerably. I still have the runny nose and seem to be sneezing every 10 minutes. The waterworks down south are still present, as well. I'm taking 5-HTP in the morning and evening. I really do think that stuff works. I haven't brought myself to exercise yet. I hate it so much but know it would help gtreatly.
I've been able to sleep fairly well, so far, which is a tremendous relief and surprise. No RLS or headaches to speak of.
The hair should fall out right after birth (within a few weeks) if u shave it can just keep growing back.

I would suggest you find an MD who specializes in Lyme and related diseases, sometimes referred to casually as an LLMD, or Lyme Literate MD. It is not an official designation.
