Avatar f tn I would not recommend drinking Slim Fast. I love Slim Fast. I have a tub in my desk right now because I used to use it as quick meal replacement when things got busy at work. I haven't touched it since I got pregnant. Too many chemicals in the ingredient list. And it contains aspartame, an artificial sweetner which isn't good for you especially if you're pregnant.

655875 tn?1295695107 Slim Fast was getting difficult to stay on track. I found myself cheating on the diet. My friend told me about the protien shake that Dr. Oz uses. There are a few recipes on his website. Right now I am using the Ultimate Breakfast Smoothie. It tastes awesome and it actually keeps me full for over 6 hours. I have zero cravings for food and sweets. I've cut back my dinner portion.
Avatar n tn In my opinion all those diet pills lose weight fast etc there all not good for you nor do they have a long term affect in order to keep the weight off you will proly have to contine with taking them.

Avatar f tn Welcome to the community. Try walking at a reasonable pace. Also look into yoga as it's low impact and done at a slow very deliberate pace. Be sure to watch what you eat as well - might also help the e-coli infection.
1968463 tn?1374757813 Actually, I have tried a LOT of different fasts over the years, and the most comfortable and most effective I've ever done is the "lemonade fast", or "lemonade diet." You can google it and get the recipe...It's amazing, and weight comes off really fast. I have a low blood sugar problem, but did not have problems on this fast.

I had a single fusion one year ago to relieve one of the three discs. I'm left with severe chronic pain and limited to any physical activities. I use to run 36 miles a week, but since I quit running I've gained a bit of weight. I'm just now trying to get this weight I've gained off.

Something like that. and I took that for about 6 days. I have taken 2 tests today, both digital read out saying positives.

So I tend to stop n get a quick sandwich but at work everyday I eat a salad for lunch n depending on the fruit n vegetable for that day I tend to eat them as well. Is it bad? I'm trying my best. Second, according to your weight tracker status on your profile, you are already in a healthy weight range, so why are you trying to lose more weight? It's not healthy to go below a certain weight and your body needs many nutrients, especially as a growing teen.

Avatar f tn If it's a quick weight loss, it's a quick weight gain. Don't restrict a lot of foods quickly. Just make a few changes with your diet, exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, and have patience. It's worth it.
