simvastatin generic tablets

I am wondering if anyone has taken simvastatin, the generic brand for Zocor. I just started taking this on Friday and twice since then I seem to have had some strange side effects. It has caused an upset stomach and then made me feel very jittery. It was almost as if I had the chills and then both nights had a horrible time sleeping. The only similar item I ate or drank was Diet Cranberry Soda. I am not sure if this would have had an impact. Any insight would be great.

I have been taking Atorvastin calcium 10 mg tablets(Brand Name is Storvas 10 mg) since 3 months for bringing LDL under control. Please advise if simvastatin 10 mg(brand name : Zosta -10) also has the same effect as Storvas 10 mg. I have had cholecystectomy about 5 years back.

Also, the additional med that your doctor was talking about is most likely a fenofibrate like Tricor which is commonly added to a statin med. My husband was prescribed generic lipitor about a year ago. Prior to this he was advised to use Slo Niacin. When he began the lipitor, his dr. did not tell him to stop taking the Slo Niacin. He has been taking them together daily. I have been taking Lipitor (20mg) and my wife has been taking Simvastatin. Prior to being put on medication, my cholesterol had been running about 205 for a long time and my wife's had been around 160. What is the difference betwen the two? I do NOT tolerate these tablets as well and have also tried the 10mg capsules with the same effects (less effective more side effects- nausea, dizziness, fat face, racing thoughts, decreased libido, nightmares, sleep disturbances, etc.).. I have called several pharmacies but they all have the blue tablets too -_-...

However i am now on lots of tablets each day to prevent another clot forming. so i was just wondering, my levels of troponin were at 0.61.... what is the normal level? and is this reading considered high on the scale of things?

I have looked at different types and am a bit confused as to what is the difference between clomiphene citrate (brand) and clomid(generic)/ ovinum. The price for 30 50mg clomiphene citrate tablets is £151 but for the generic version for 30 50mg tablets its only £60. Does one work better than the other? please help am really desperate now!

I'm 16, and can never sleep during the night. I always have to wait until the sun rises to sleep, no matter how tired I am. I have anxiety so I'm not sure if its from that. But my mum won't let me go on sleeping tablets because she thinks they're dangerous and that I won't wake up one day.
